Knowledgeable and friendly. I normally call before I go in and they tell me whether or not something is in stock and if it isnt in stock they will tell me other businesses that could help me, most places wont do that just so you wait and buy it from them. They offer sharpening on chainsaws which is cheaper than buy a new chain and its normally done with in a day or two. Def recommended them and will continuing going to them.

I found Kenton through their website, even though they two states over. I had a number of questions about a package deal they had and spoke with Nathan in sales. I was impressed by how much great insight he provided. He even suggested I try another dealer closer to my house first since his dealership would be too far to easily provide service under warranty. Thats the ultimate test for me: when a salesperson recommends something thats better for you as a consumer, even if it costs them the sale, you know you can trust their recommendations that much more.If it doesnt work out with the closer dealer, Im definitely giving my business to Nathan at Kenton and having the tractor shipped. They seem like a solid, professional, family-ran place. Thanks yall!

GREAT BUT A little picee.I got a little gas hose about 4inch long that was 1600 Dollars if I would had time I would have went on line. This is why you have to look around I know they have a lot of over head ???

They are absolutely slammed during the spring and summer, but the sales and service team are extremely helpful and forthright. My order is delayed, but the team has been very up front with me and helped me with an interim solution, which was very cool.

I went to the Dry Ridge location with a Zero Turn Mower I had purchased from a competitor. I told them it was a great machine but I hated it and I wanted a Cub Cadet RZT Rider. They set me up, they treated me very fair and gave me a good deal on the last 54 inch RZT rider they had. The mower is fantastic. It holds hillsides like no other zero turn out there. I am a new customer and will take all my Cub Cadet and Stihl business to them.

I’m more than satisfied. They ordered a part fo my snowblower. I couldn’t find the part online. Not only did they find the part, it was cheeper than I could get online.Their parts and service department is well educated. Every time I’ve been in the door it’s been a good experience.

We went here a few months ago with questions about our new Stihl chainsaw that we bought elsewhere. Immediately, they had the answers to our questions and even recommendations. What was unique about it was it wasn’t a “sales pitch” approach, but more of a “let me help you understand your equipment” approach. We were back shortly after to buy another chain for the chainsaw and a push mower from them. Again, they armed us with the knowledge about all of the mowers to help us make our selection. Everyone on staff is friendly and very knowledgeable about all of the equipment and products in their store.

(Updated below on 6 - 27 -2020)The owner had worked out a fair agreement on my purchase that I was unhappy with. He had explained that some of the sales staff where fairly new with the product line. Excellent store. Knowledgeable staff (Don and Tony are fantastic) and excellent products. Kenton Equipment has always done right by me and is my go-to source for any questions for my chainsaws, lawn mowers, leaf blowers, trimmers, etc. My only wish is that I had need for a tractor around the house so I could justify buying one from them! Highly, highly recommended.

Wonderful experience with this company handling an extremely difficult situation. I purchased a weed wacker from Kenton Equipment in 2016, which had a three-year warranty. One week before the warranty expired, the weed wacker quit working. Kenton equipment looked into it and found that this model was no longer made, and parts were not available. They contacted the manufacturer, Cub Cadet, who was able to find a salesmans display model for me. They also gave me a blower attachment, extra battery, and charger. In addition, the manufacturer gave me a refund of the original price of the weed wacker. I cant say enough good things about this company and the manufacturer for going the extra mile.

Only take your equipment here if you want your bill to more than double what you approved it to be. Went for winter service on lawn tractor (about $180.00 with parts and labor). Time to pick it up, bill was 432.00. Wow. Asked if they normally call about needed repairs before doing the work, they said, sometimes but we just figured you wanted it all fixed. Were not even problems that needed to be addressed right away. Paid and left......they said all we can do is put the old parts back on. Did not want to chance something major all of a sudden happening to tractor, so I paid the bill and will take it as LESSON LEARNED......

I bought a cub cadet spindle for $110 and got home put it on and mowed two rows and spindle ciezed up and shut down my motor and so I called and talked with Tyler who sold it to me and asked about there return policy and he says I would have to bring my blade up to see if I hit any thing, now this is a 8 year old mower with a 8 yr old blade of course its chipped up and send the spindle to cub. So I told him Im less then a half mile from there shop he could come see my flat yard and see I didnt hit anything.He acted very shocked that a part could be defective .Guess what i been in parts for 20 yrs myself and parts do have defects sometimes not every body is trying to scam . So what I got from the conversation is that I was going to eat a $110 defective part.You have lost a first time customer that will never refer you to any one and will let others now. I will drive out of my way to receive better customer service. Welcome to the neighborhood.

Purchased a spindle for my cub cadet for $110 installed and made 2 cut rows and it locked up. Called spoke with Tyler and he tells me to bring my blade to see if I hit anything but this is a older mower, it does have dings in the blade its old.Pretty much what i gathered from Tyler he wasnt going to help me with a defective part. Guess what there is defective parts it happens! Told me he would have to send it back to cub to see what the prob was. So my 1st experience with this shop was not good. I live 1 mile from there store told them they could come see the strips I cut and hit nothing. Did i get a call back from manager no I didnt. No one even tried to make it right. You cannot install it wrong 4 self tapers goes into deck then 1 nut for the blade, but I will never do business with this store again. Also got a spindle from Amazon for $25 and verus there $110 junk part, it has a grease fitting so it dont lock up. Only support local businesses when they support the locals.
