Love them! They were able to come by while I was at work so that I wouldn’t have to take the day off, and my car was fixed by the time I got home! This is definitely a no-hassle company. Will be using them in the future!

From a blurry photo on my phone, they were able to determine what kind of key I needed to open an attic door. The key was only ten dollars and I was able to get into the attic. The staff was professional and friendly. I appreciate that they recommended buying the key to save me money on a service call. I will definitely recommend this company!

I will highly recommend Gregs for your lock needs. I dont live anywhere close to here. About a 30 minute drive for me. I called a few weeks ago, got a quote for Nissan Key Fob programming since Gregs was recommended by a friend. Tried to find somewhere closer, but kept getting quoted over two times what Gregs quoted me, for the same service. Decided to bite the bullet and make the drive. I was promptly greeted when I walked in. Very professional. Asked questions to understand what I needed, not just what I asked for. Big difference. Very professional. My only complaint would be that the show room/waiting room was a bit small for the amount of business that was going on inside. But honestly, thats a good problem to have. Had to get a duplicate for my 2014 Toyota Avalon push to start keyless fob. I had a spare 2016 Toyota Camry key fob (which according to Toyota website was a perfect match part number wise). All online sources suggested a locksmith can unlock these key fobs to be paired. I called 20+ locksmiths and was on phone for 3 hours+. All locksmiths suggested it wasn’t doable, especially if the keyless fob is paired to another pair. Clint solved this issue by resetting the key and it paired to the vehicle without a problem. When all locksmiths said it wasn’t possible and one even attempted and failed with the same equipment, Clint figured it out and made it happen.

I could only unlock my truck with a Fob I had. Estimated early afternoon, and would call when they had a more precise time. Called before noon to see if about 20 minutes was too soon. Awesome! Yes come on over. Arrived on time, made 2 chipped keys and one key that would only unlock the door in less than 20 minutes! So two chipped keys and a mechanical key in less than 20 minutes, $189.Your price may vary due to vehicle type and how far they have to travel to get to you but this is a very good price in my opinion for what I received and the timely and professional manner in which I received it.Thanks Gregs!

I had a terrible experience. I truly believe I was ripped off. A very unfriendly tech. quoted me one price then nearly doubled it when he got here. I caught him in 2 lies when he tried to explain why he was charging so much. Then he settled for nearly $100 less since it was cash. He then tells me to call him direct next time and it will be cheaper. To be fair the last time I used Gregs I had a much better experience. Ill shop around next time.

Bought a key fob for my Nissan when I lost my original. They came out and programed a new key fob quick. After a few days the key fob didnt work to unlock/lock doors or start car without plugging into car. Called and said we had a 6 month warranty and to bring it in anytime. We eventually found our old key and brought them both in. They were nice enough to program both and we were on our way.

My keys were broken to my car, heard about this place from the amazing people that fixed my car and took them up on this place. Soon as I arrived the guys there were so helpful! I was in and out in 10 minutes with brand new keys way cheaper than I would’ve gotten them from a car dealer!! Amazing !

A big name moving company tried to move a gun safe for me, they failed. The moving company had no concerns with moving it and stated weve moved three this week.Not only did they cause damage to the safe, they caused significant damage to my home with torn carpet, broken woodwork, and gashed sheetrock.They left the safe lying on my steps and hired Gregs to come get it moved.I wish I had hired Gregs for this to begin with!Very professional.

I called to see if they could cut a key for my car. After giving specs on my car they confirmed they could do it. After they cut the key, my car started but shut then shut down. I wasn’t aware of a chip needed, so I went back to have it corrected. When I arrived, they looked up my car specs (which they were supposed to have done during my initial call) and said they could not complete the job. I was charged $25.00 for a key that I can’t use.

I lost my coded van key. Called up and frantically explained what happened. Greg was so nice, came to the house and after a few attempts and van not cooperating Greg left went and got a older machine that was able to pull the code. Greg was very determined to get the key for us, he even had to use a machine that costs him to use it, but he didnt care he just wanted to help us, and he did! The older machine worked pulled the code, made my key, and got my hubby on his way to work. He didnt even charge us extra!!!! So so nice, great service.

I needed a privacy lock replaced on a bedroom door today and Gregs Lock & Key sent their locksmith, Darrell, out to the house within 2 hrs of my call. I accidentally set up a secondary MyKey without the master on my Ford. Gregs was able to reprogram my key, an provide me a spare for a fraction of the cost of Fords Service Center.
