I feel taken advantage of. I was referred to Ace Lock and Key by a shop I was getting my steering column fixed and I needed a place to make a blank chip copy for my 06 Expedition. I was never told a price, and when it was finished, I was told it would be $95 dollars. I thought this was expensive but proceeded to pay since the key was made in less than a few seconds. When I returned to the shop, I was told I have been duped and that I have severely overpaid for a blank key. I shouldve done more research, and the shop feels equally to blame for recommending me to Ace Lock & Key. The shop helped me by not charging me any programming fees because and I quote they felt bad for recommending me to Ace Lock. I will for sure do more research next time, and I wont recommend anyone to come here, I couldve gotten it done for $60 programmed and made by a mobile locksmith. I will not post their information here, because I feel its not appropriate. I have learned from my mistake and I urge anyone to do some research before coming here.

I took my safe in recently to get a new combination and key..they fixed me right up. If you need a locksmith this is the best place to go. I highly recommend them.

I brought in a high high security lock that no one could provide me with a core cylinder. I did have to leave it to ensure they could get the correct core for it. They called me back and had me all set up. I asked if they could pin it to a master key system and they fixed it right as I requested. Could not be happier with great service and quality that is unsurpassed.

After a friend locked her keys in her car at my house, I did a quick google search for a local locksmith. After I read the reviews for Ace Lock & Key, I felt comfortable in choosing them. Pat and Sharon showed up at my place within a half hour of calling them and swiftly had the car unlocked in less than a minute with no damage. Both gals were kind, courteous and very professional. The price was reasonable and totally worth it!!!! I will not hesitate in recommending them or using them again!

I have always used them. They have been around for a long time (43 years I was told) the other day. I was in there to have my chip key made and they were fast and efficient along with fair priced compared to the dealer where I would be without my car for the whole day i was done there in less than 20 mins. Always a great experience in there.

I went there this morning to get a car key cut. They cut it no problem. I take it back to my house and its does not work at all. I take it back to see if theres anything they can do, no they cant fix it$50 down the drain for a key and they screwed it up. Quote from the lady at the desk not our problem.

Not only are rude, but certainly boarders snotty. Prices were very high. It’s not that hard to cut a quickset house key. If you really want a locksmith, go to Greg’s. They have never treated me less than friendly, and they are must better priced.

Even though my experience in Missouri this last time, wasnt what i expected it to be.. the women at this company, are the most genuine of people you will find in the area! Never again will i take anything to this place dropped my ignition off from my 2005 chevy impala to get a key made they told me it would be done by the end of the day then called a few hours later saying it needed to soak in wd40 over night thats fine went in around 12:30 today they said its still soaking then called me around 3:00 telling me they cant do anything with it because it might be jammed so i took it to gregs lock & key took them a whole 30 minutes an now i have a key made for it they did tell me that the way they drilled a hole in the lock they went to deep an started hitting a pen in the lock so before u take anything to this company think twice

These people are thieves, I called them to get a key made, and they said a $150 which was a lot more than what I the key is really worth, so I said ok because i really needed a key. So they show up and start working on my car. The lady that was making the key seemed to have no idea what she was doing she made 4 different mistakes while making the key and then tells me oh we have to wait until Monday to get a code, and it was only Thursday, so I was like cant you call for the code now? She was like no blah blah blah, its going to be $75 for coming out, which i was never told about by the way.. So i said I was expecting a key for which ill pay $150, long story short they steal my ignition box and have me follow them to their store so i can pay the $75 to get it back. I ended up making a key for $80 compared to their rip off $150 they were gonna charge me. NEVER USE THEIR SERVICE! TAKE IT FROM ME.

Rescheduled appointment twice, didnt notify me either time and changed cost quote from 90 to 150.
