Scheduled 3 round trip transports, went super smooth; on time and courteous drivers

Shout out to Josh, Jessie, Chris, Rose, all the drivers and Kevin T. I have been using ST for 6 months. Ever, since the first time, they offered me their services, it has been very professional and excellent. Funny thing, Secure Transport were referred to me, by a fire-man transport... I never went back to them. I recommend Secure Transport to anyone! Best in KC!

We used Secure to bring our brother from a facility in Overland Park to south Kansas City. Shane and Josh were two of the kindest people we could have ever encountered. It is usually very difficult to get our brother in because of the steps and entrance at the back of the house. Usually we have to have the fire department assist, but because of the patience and well planning they were able to get my brother in with no trouble. Shane and and Josh are great kind hearted men who really care.

Josh and DeHavin were the best! Very professional and caring while transporting my husband to his appointment. We had tried a few other transport companies, but none compares to the superior service we received from Secure. From now on, THE go-to transport provider. They are proven the best!

Secure Medical Transport did an excellent and caring job of taking my dad from the hospital back to his care center. He has multiple health challenges and needs to be moved in a bed. They were friendly and inspired my confidence. The care center did not answer the door when we arrived, and Secure Transport went above and beyond to seek out the workers needed and get him safely to his room. I’m thankful to know about them and will utilize their services in the future.

What is not to love about Secure Medical Transportation? They are always on time, friendly, and professional. I am so happy our facility decided to contract secure for our 3rd party transport. This company will go out of their way to ensure that the health of our patients is number one priority. Never fails, every time Ive needed someone to come to the rescue and pick up a patient secure has always come through. I am thankful that there is still reputable businesses out there that understand that while the bottom line is important so is customer service, and the health of our loved ones!

I have used secure medical transport about 6 times while in the hospital and recovery. They have been amazing the entire time from the drivers Brandon (69), hard to forget him, to Mike and even Mark in billing. They have been amazing to work with and very kind and courteous. I hope I never have to use this service again but if I do they will be the first call. Thank you to everyone over there that made my travels to and from a little more bearable.

Called them Friday morning to schedule a Monday morning pick up. We were contacted Sunday afternoon at 3:00 pm to say they could not do Monday morning. They indicated they have no medical personal and if there were an issue in the way they could not assist medically. Fortunately AMR in Kansas City got us covered. Early morning transport with licensed EMTs and AMR will bill our insurance.

Do not recommend. Driver was very late. They have a new policy that wheelchairs need foot rests, so he wouldnt take us. Fine - if he wouldnt have been 30 minutes late to let us know (obviously he didnt even care) or they mightve bothered to inform us ahead of time.

Secure Medical Transport is outstanding. They handle what matters. They are prompt, courteous, and reliable! Nothing beats security and they are as they say they are. Secure Transportation!
