As the owner of Express Medical Transportation we are a woman based business, who employees over 43 employees. We are the only transportation that is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. When you need us we are there for you and your family. We are experienced in evacuations and the only company that has done more evacuations and can dispatch 43 drivers to any facility within one hour, we have state of the art cameras and tracking system and state of the art dispatch system. Completing over 200 trips a day Express has contracts with most of the hospitals and nursing homes in Kansas and Missouri. The owner is hands on and drivers complete the same backgrounds checks and credentials that a hospital completes on their employees. We never deny a trip and do more add on transportation than any other transportation company.

I have known and used this company as a professional since they started. They consistently show up timely and care about the residents they are transporting. If there is an issue, they have always made it right! Willing to go above and beyond and contribute to the community by helping those out in need.

Javier was very kind, caring, patient, careful, and even arrived early to transport my Mother from NKCH to Ignite Medical Resort Spa on Barry Rd North of the river a few days after my Mother had an accident that broke her hip and femur resulting in major surgery. Even though my Mother was in such terrible pain, Javier made her as comfortable as possible and handled her like a delicate flower, even carrying on great conversation with her about our farm animals to try to keep her mind off the and make her as comfortable as possible. Hi, my name is NELL M., I got a chance to meet 3 of your drivers, 1st I will start with how I came in contact with these beautiful peoples. The 1st driver was a lady, I didnt get her name, but she picked me up a CENTERPOINT HOSPITAL, I was so nervous and scared, but the driver smooth things out for me & told me things I needed to hear. So believe it or not, I stayed in REDWOOD REHAB NURSING OF INDEPENDENCE MO. THIS WAS A FRIDAY EVENING AT 6:00 p.m. on memorial day weekend. Thanks again maam, you know who you are. Now all, my 2nd DRIVER, who I asked for his name and it is JAVIER, I was not at all shocked, because his look give it away, he is gentle, very much caring, professional, & kind . I really wanted him back, but he let me know it could or couldnt be, there were more drivers out there. So it was my 3rd DRIVER who again was now down to earth, I will tell you this he drove a different route to REDWOOD, and scenery was great, he was so kind, he joined in with me on what would be right for me to get to eat. Its little things that moves the ELDERLY & SICKNESS like or LOVE, at least it does ME. So thanks EXPRESS, I will be riding with you again soon. And this will be thru me & not the facility. Javier was attentive and caring as he picked up my 96 year old mother-in-law to transport her from the hospital to rehab. Her daughter met her at the other end and everything worked out just fine.

Express Medical has truly made this Christmas for our family the best!! We know that this is our last Christmas with my older brother and Express transported him to our family Christmas so we could all spend time with him. The drivers are so friendly and professional and treated my brother with understanding, compassion, and humanity. I was recently transported from Research Medical Center to my home in Lees’s Summit. The driver (Steve) was very prompt in his arrival. Timing worked out perfectly. He was helpful packing up my belongings. I was in a wheelchair that was securely fastened into the van and the ride was very comfortable. I was very pleased with the entire experience.

Sylvia Huey was fantastic. She picked up my 90 year old Mom who has severe dementia. Sylvia really did a great job dealing with my Mom and all of her confusion. Mom was cold leaving the hospital and Sylvia gave Mom on her own coat until she dropped Mom off at memory care.

I have used them many times. The owner Derrone is a wonderful, caring guy. His drivers of Chris, Andre and Michael are amazing.

Fairly nice drivers but many of the vehicles are smelly and dirty and gross to ride in. A different company keeps their vehicles very clean. Just a half hour cleaning and some air freshener would help a lot. One female driver had a clean van and I appreciated that a lot. The others should learn from her. I am sorry I do not remember your name mam. I talk with the transportation director where I live and ask if she could always use the Fireman Transport. Since then she always has and it is much more pleasant.Express could get a lot better and become as good as Fireman Transport with just a little effort. I read all the reviews and it does not look like they take responsibility for any of the problems. A company is only as good as the person at the top.

I would not let these people take my dog anywhere. My mother needed to go to a doctor appt and when she called for a return ride they said it would be 45 minutes to an hour. The doctors office would have closed. Thank God I went to the appt so I could drive her back to her rehab facility

I never had a problem until now ! The guy who was driving me back from my appointment was speeding . I looked every now and then. He was going 75 one time I looked. and 80 the other tine . We were on 69 highway coming back from Leawood . He wasnt even wearing his seatbelt !

Very unprofessional And thdriver was not on time for my grannys appointment and with cov19 we had to rescheduled, the driver had no mask on and got mad when I asked about masked and the elderly people .call the owner and she was rude and had a oh well attitude. Slams the phone down to try to take the drivers information and hung up with out a follow-up return call. I need to find a professional transportation Company that isnt in it just for the money but value their clients money

The company I work for uses Express for a great deal of transportations. They go above and beyond for our resident new or long term. They get many request from our residents to have them.

When my mom needed transportation to and from dialysis the hospital called Express Medical Transportation. It was not until later when I went with her to an appointment that I realized what a blessing they are. They treated my mom with integrity and kindness that was extremely above and beyond what I have experienced with any other Non-Emergency Medical Transportation Company. When the doctors office messed up moms appointment, Kristin Ziade went out of her way to make sure mom was safe, comfortable and entertained. These guys are wonderful.

Their service is wonderful. My son Zach had a horrible car crash. He was put in the ICU at research in Kansas, Mo. Him and his 2 other friends were there to one in a severe coma the other had a bad brain injury and my son had memory loss brain trauma and other. I recommend this service 5 stars all the way.

Drivers were nice, however a patient waited an hour and a half for them to finally come get her. We called multiple times to ask where they were and they were rude on the phone and hung up on me the last time I called. I would not recommend using this service.

We called for a 11:30 pick-up. They were 1 hour late. We had to call and ask why our mother was not picked up. They had wrong name. If I was you I would think twice before using this company!

Had multiple trips with this company.Several of the vans need mechanical work. One of them had a major exhaust leak that allowed fumes into the bay.A couple of the drivers are careless.

Dispatcher was very rude when called to see how long the driver would be to pick up Mom from an appointment.

Drivers have always been very nice and helpful. However, leaving elderly patients waiting at doctors offices for 1 1/2 to 2 hours waiting on a ride is UNACCEPTABLE and it seems to happen everytime.
