This is a uhaul return location. It looks like a dump, no space to park, no one around durining business hours or ever answers the phone. We had to pull a 26 footer in with a car dolly, unhook dolly to turn truck around because they have junk cars in the driveway. Then hook dolly back up and drive to another location.
Rented a u-haul from this company was supposed to pick it up at 9 am this morning and theres no one here to get the keys from. The business was supposed to be open at 8:30 am. After multiple calls from u-haul to get a hold of this guy they finally get a hold of him for him to say hell be there in an hour? Ive already waited an hour and a half this is no way to run a business. Never renting from this place again.
Not your typical rental experience. Friendly trusting management. The place looks like crazy chaos but the friendly approach made me smile.
