Bert at the Independence location is the most unprofessional, unpleasant and impolite person Ive ever had a business interaction with. He will give you a piece of equipment thats hobbled together and then when it breaks hell charge you for it.Bert, your lack of customer service, respect and conniving to charge customers for your lack of proper equpment maintenance is unsurpassed.If there was a zero star review possible youd have earned every bit of it.

I went to gherkin needing to rent a mini skid steer to do some grading of a driveway and clean up work for a customer. I ran at the tx1000 dingo for Saturday and Sunday was not able to get the work done in those two days so I went ahead and rented it for the rest of the week I was able to use it for an additional four hours and then it started raining I was unable to use the machine the rest of the week that I paid for I called and talked to the manager to see if I could get some additional time to be able to use the machine for the job I need to get done I was told that I could keep the machine a little while longer on Saturday the day it was to be returned that will not give me the time I need to finish the job I paid just shy of $800 to rent this machine for a week and a trailer for a day. Im a small business owner I run my own handyman service and to spend $800 to rent a machine and got not get the job done really hits me hard financially now I have to figure out how to get the job done without the finances to rent another machine I would not recommend this company to anyone that is trying to get his business off the ground. They were happy to take my money to rent the machine but were unwilling to work with me in order to help me keep my schedule and get the job done with the machine I paid $800 to rent and only got a little over 8 hours of work out of it. I will not be renting from this company again and I will not recommend them to anyone in the future.

Very horrible experience with this place rented jack hammer for bob cat it did not work properly guy said just keep messing with it no never worked right so i thought it was my bobcat that was the problem no it was not got another hammer and still had problems it worked but a bolt that holds plate on kept coming loose independence location would not work with me on price after I had problems for 3 and a haf hours I had guys on my clock costing me money very bad customer service so save yourself a headache and take your business elsewhere
