Absolutely no customer service! The manager Troy Knox of this location lied to me about the prices they charge for quoting insurance and states they don’t have to advertise prices/ or have them visible so the customers see what they are being charged. He said “take it or leave it” - therefore I left. He said he didn’t care about this bad review he was going to receive. Very unprofessional- 7 out of 10 times they are have “phone & system issues”.They lost a good customer. The office smells like mold & sweat.

The guy was nice that helped me over the phone, but they wanted way more than what Im paying now. Was looking to find something cheaper.

The building still has Rodney D Young sign but they are Freeway insurance, the owner needs to update the signs.Bad customer service, only care about the money and not the customer.The manager Troy Knox walks the office in socks and has the office smelling nasty.Never again stepping foot in there.
