Great experience! Recommended by a dealer friend. Set up a viewing for estimate, arrived and Brian analyzed and offered to fix there and then, along with buffing out some scratches for a fair price. Maybe there 45 minutes. Clean office and waiting room, professional attitude and service. Not far off 70, so pretty quick and easy access from most of the KC area.

The whole process from the initial phone call all the way through the final step at picking up the car was simple and extremely convenient. They are a little difficult to find if you arent familiar with Independence, but the search is well worth it!They were able to fix dents on a hood that were a little questionable, I was sure I was going to have to buy a new hood... But nope, they were able to get those dents out and had the hood looking like nothing had happened.I HIGHLY recommend this company and feel very fortunate they are close to where I live. We will be back for sure!

I had hail damage on a brand new vehicle that Ive only had for 5 months. When I took it to Brian, he assured me that he would look over every inch of the car and work with my insurance company to come to an agreement on the repairs.He provided me with an estimate within 30 minutes or less from the time he looked at the car. Once the insurance agreed on repairs, I scheduled to drop the car off and it was ready a day and a half later.Brian was very accommodating with my work schedule and let me drop the car off late in the day and pick it back up late, after work.The car looks like brand new again and the entire process was a breeze. Bought a 2013 Mini Cooper. I dropped a 2x4 on the front fender just after I paid it off. Ugh! Brian looked at it and was fairly sure he could fix it but commented, it was a pretty deep dent. I took my 2019 Toyota Camry to Brian at Pro Dent for some work on a dent I had. I was really upset to find a deep, deep dent on my passenger side wheel well - likely from parking at the airport, and boy was it noticeable. I have only owned my car for 2 years, so really wanted to get it fixed back to like-new. After shopping around the KC area for paintless dent repair, I drove to Independence for service after seeing some great before/after photos. Brian was on time, very polite, welcoming, and honest. I walked in and had several dents and even a small crease. Brian had me fixed up in right at an hour. Fantastic job. I can not see where the crease was at all.

I am extremely satisfied with the work that Brian did on my car. Where my car was damaged it was over a couple of major body lines and Brian was very straight forward about what his expectations were with the repair. I was expecting an 80% improvement after he completed the work, but when I picked up the vehicle it is close to perfect and you cannot detect where the large dent was it. I would highly recommend this company and letting Brian work on any of my vehicles. I am extremely particular about my vehicles and am very pleased.

Several weeks ago, I had a run in with some deer that resulted in some unwanted bodywork to my fender and passenger side doors. The damage wasn’t bad enough to break the paint so I took a chance and had Brian take a look at it.He quickly set up an appointment and gave me an estimate. While I was there, I decided to have some previous hail damage on the hood, roof and trunk lid taken care of as well. Considering the amount of work that needed to be done, I felt the estimate was very fair and went for it. Brian got me in ASAP, and he and his crew took care of all the damage within a day and a half.When I got the car back, it looked outstanding. The doors and fenders looked great and I couldn’t even see where the hail damage was. Very happy with their work and especially with Brian’s communication with me throughout the process.

I highly recommend Nick and Pro Dent! Nick was very helpful and was great at communicating with me. There was some confusion with the dealer and Nick cleared it all up. It was so nice to not have to worry about the details.When Nick called to tell me my car was finished he explained that due to where the largest dent was located, it didnt come 100% out. I was very nervous to see what it looked like. It looked amazing! All the dents and dings had been totally taken care of. If you didnt know where the largest dent was, you sure couldnt tell now. He even took care of some dings we hadnt noticed!Its very hard to find companies in this day and age, that not only communicate well, but also go above and beyond for customers. Brian the owner is so amazing, nice and professional. We had a pretty bad door ding down the center of our Atlas and was even in the body line. If we could rate Brian 12 🌟 or more we would all day long!!! We were told by others only a 70% fix.. but Brian did and OUTSTANDING JOB and unless you knew exactly were the dent was you would have never even known We had it repaired. I had a deer running into my classic car. There was a large dent on my hood, but no paint damage on the hood. Instead of the traditional repair, I went to this Pro Dent PDR for the large dent and some smaller dents. They did a great job so I was able to restore the original part without any Bondo and it means a lot for me to keep my car original.. Thank you!

Super Professional work! WAY less cost than anyone. WILL NOT ever use a dealership again.Big bonus NO CARFAX reported damage! IF I go to trade or sell it. I had a 1 foot by 1 foot dent in bedside of my newer RAM pickup, across 2 factory bends in sheet metal. No way I could TRY knocking it back out. I went to Pro Dent today to get my car looked at and repaired and wasnt sure the dent would be able to be completely repaired because of the location. Brian worked on the dent for 2 and 1/2 hours, and it looks a gazillion times better than it originally did, but because it wasnt up to Pro Dents Quality Standards, Brian didnt even charge me for it..WOW!!! Had an 6 inch vertical dent thru the body line on the front door of my Silverado. Was very skeptical about the repair since it went thru the body line. When I got the truck back I was amazed. There is no indication there was any dent. Even buffed out some minor scratches on the dent site. Amazing job.
