I took my auto up when they said. But work wasnt started. For 3 days.But the wait was worth it. The workmanship was excellent. The painting was top of the line.Only draw back was there was a small amount ot of trash left inside.Would I take my auto. To them again YES

Took my truck here they said was gonna be ready in a week it wasn’t, later they said on the 13 and it wasn’t then the 18 it wasn’t I called they said I have to wait 5 more days meaning Teo days ago I still haven’t got it back... I understand there’s some work to do on it.. but it’s been more then a month since I dropped it off... and I been paying rental all this time.... I don’t know if it’s worth the wait I haven’t see the results I stillWaiting..

Had a accident and a lot of repairs were done besides what was listed here. Everything was done on time. The car is running good since I had to go on a long drive and wont know the extent of it until after the trip. Good for now.

Had a rear-ended ford escape in for repair. After we got it back we noticed a few small things so we went back and they agreed to order one piece. However I was verbally told they only painted one small trim piece, but the work order said it had 10 hours in paint labor. Im sure that that includes prep work and things of that nature as well, but there was no way it was 10 hours for that one piece. So we left and then I started looking at the car closer and realized that there were multiple issues with the work that was done. Body panels not lining up, repairs that were not completed that should have been. Flecks of stuff in the fresh paint, but oh wait it didnt get painted. Called the insurance company and we were told to take it back. They fixed most of the issues although there are still some issues with paint but after two tries I think its time to go to a different body shop. I dont know how State farm has this as one of their certified body shops but would not recommend using them. They will lie at your face, thanks for trying twice at least. CHECK YOUR PAINT WHEN YOU GET THE VEHICLE BACK. Todd was nice, Ill give him that.

My experience was better than expected. Setting appointment was easy, dropping off car and they handled the rest. Estimate was done in approximately 48 hours. They gave me the anticipated completed date and gave me text updates as parts either showed up or were delayed. They actually beat the anticipated completion date by a few days. We did have to take it back for a correction and they fixed the hood while we waited. Their paint looked amazing. I was shocked it looked so close, even on a 2013. Once they aligned hood, everything was even and perfect. The office and waiting area is clean and I had zero issues.I do wish they had a rental car place here or nearby or maybe a ride to hertz, etc, but that’s only a minor issue unrelated to their service.

Super great. Everyone was super helpful. I wanted one of my headlights to be replaced and the gentleman took the time out of his day to personally look for one then didn’t charge me to put it in. All around great people. Would recommend to any one.

Got hit, took the car in for an estimate and they started ordering the parts before the guy’s insurance even approved the repair. I was quoted 3 days and that’s exactly how long it took. There’s even an Enterprise car rental desk at the location to take care of that. Communication was great and the work is outstanding. Completely happy with the service received.

This is the best body shop to me in KC! I have used them twice and each time, the work as usual was exceptional. The staff were very welcoming and professional. They are the best and the whole time I was there, I was treated with a smile and respect. These people know they are doing an excellent job and they don’t mind doing it! I used Cable Dahmer Collision for my hit and run rear end collision. They were very professional, punctual and my e were ok was excellent.

It was horrible. They were supposed to replace 4 tires. They only replaced 2. The 2 new ones they put on the back instead of the front. One of the wheels needed replaced and they didnt put the TPMS sensor in it. The skid plate under the suspension was dragging the ground by the time I got home. Never use the collision center in Independence. Go to 103rd and Wornell Cable Dahmer.

Took in for body damage repair. Car was returned dirty and with an engine malfunction warning that was not there when I brought it in. They wanted me to take the car anyway and then bring it back. I refused. No apologies were ever given. The repair looked good, but customer service and quality control was not satisfactory

Brittney is as rude and disrespectful as it gets. The manger there allows brittney to talk to customers with disrespect because according to her shes the only employee she has and she cant get anyone to work there. My guess is because they met brittney. Not one time in the week they had my truck did I receive a phone call updating me on my repairs. I had to do the calling. Maybe I should be getting paid to do brittneys job? Brittney you are there to do a job. That job involves customer service. Stop treating customers like they are calling and asking you for a personal favor. If you cant handle treating people with some respect maybe you should find a new job.

The staff at the cable dahmer are always professional and go out of their way to make everything work out well for me. Been broken into twice in the last three months and it’s been a quick and nice process to get it back to almost new.

This is the second time in a year weve needed to get body work from an accident repaired and were very satisfied with the speed and looks of the repair. They kept us informed on their progress, and finished the repair faster then they originally quoted.

Took vehicle to this location for collision damage. I dropped my vehicle off, i requested a time of completion employee stated “ Vehicle will be completed no later than one week. So, i then rented a vehicle from that location from a car rent company in house of collision center. Fast forward two weeks later, make contact with. A Jennifer she stated vehicle is still incomplete. Now two weeks plus I have to return my rental due to paying for the rental for two weeks rate of 35 bucks. Now im without vehicle and a sad excuse from cable dahmer collision. NEVER USE THIS LOCATION AGAIN! When I picked up my vehicle my front license plate was missing. They were unable able to locate my license plate. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION HORRIBLE!!!!!

Very professional folks that give very high detail to making your vehicle look as good as or better than it did before the accident. The ladies worked seamlessly with enterprise to secure me a rental truck to use in the interim and made sure i was taken care of by them. I was very pleased with the way my truck turned out and would use them again if I ever need work done again.

Office is supposed to close at 6pm. But they closes at 530pm. Pretty annoying when you work all day and cant get there tell right before 6. And online also states they are open tell 6pm. Beside that over all good service.

Everyone was professional and efficient. The car was completed and repaired from the tree branch falling on the front corner panel, etc prior to the promised date. It looked brand new and the inside was cleaned and the car was washed which it needed badly prior to being towed to the repair shop. Kudos to all.

Cable Dahmer did a good job with the paint and body part of repairing my vehicle, but all of the other parts of the repair were quite bad. There were plastic pieces that were torn, somehow they managed to make the headlight housings hazy (buffing them maybe) and they manged to melt the keys on my radio. How do you melt the covering off of the buttons? These are things that were not broken when I brought the car, but were when I left. I expect the paint and body guys are good men, but the guys who put the trim back together are temps or something.

The body work was done on time and looks excellent. I cant see that there was ever any damage. While the other parties insurance paid I can rate this as good value as Cable Dahmer came in $700 less than another estimate I received and the other estimate had repair fender while Cable Dahmer had replace fender. My contact, Jottea, was very professional, providing updates through the whole process.

Tried to charge me double the value of work. Stole items out of my car and caused damages to my car and lied to insurance company..

Little did I know, it was my insurance adjuster who was giving me the run around, and not approving a simple repair to my tail light that happened when I was rear ended. Since all of this started two weeks ago the shop has not only kept in contact, but the workers both in the offices, and in the shops took excellent care of us. I appreciate money hard earned, and I appreciate it when that money goes the distance it should. Thank you guys!

Took my car in after a fender bender and just got it back this afternoon. I’m not mechanically-inclined but everything is working now and it looks great. Unfortunately I can’t remember the office staffs names but the ladies were extremely patient with me and kept me updated throughout the process. Everyone I dealt with was very kind.For what it’s worth, they gave me a “ballpark” time frame on when repairs would be completed and even though I knew it was just guesswork..it was finished a week sooner than I had planned. (Yay!) So I was very pleased with the service and would highly recommend!

Just got my vehicle back after hitting a deer. Car looks brand new and so far drives like it did before. They updated me almost daily on the status of the car and I was able to return my rental car to them instead of the rental car company.UPDATE: after having the vehicle for a little bit, I did find a bracket that was not attached as it should have been, they missed a fastener by the headlight when putting the body back together, and there was no coolant in the coolant tank (but there was coolant in the radiator still!). Hopefully I won’t find more things, and I am confident they will take care of it when I bring it back in, but not getting it the first time is a big deal regardless. Unfortunately, I am afraid there might be other things that were missed as well.
