They were extremely hard to contact, we left 8 voicemails and heard nothing for weeks. Finally they came and removed our stumps. We talked to them about removing our trees as well and they said yes but then totally disappeared and did not return any calls for 2 months!!! By then we found someone better.

Mike at Roberts Tree Service is your go to guy for that tree or row of trees that not only impacts your home and property but your disgruntle neighbor as well. Mike works well with both the owner and your neighbor and when the job is done you actually have a better relationship with your troublesome neighbor, and Mike ends up with another customer. I want to also emphasis his attention to safety of not only property, but his crew as well. His planning and obvious experience give you a warm fuzzy that things are done well, even if you have never had tree services before.

After a recent windstorm, they cut down multiple trees, removed one off my house, trimmed back my existing trees and cleaned up my yard. They showed up on time, got the job done and did not charge more than the estimate.

Called and listened to the happy voicemail message that promised to return my call promptly, so I left my info and phone number. Did that again several days later. Still waiting on a response. Both calls were during business hours based on their message. Other tree services promptly returned my calls...

We have used Roberts and Sons numerous times over several years, initially on the basis of a recommendation from a practical, frugal friend. They are extremely professional and have added equipment over the years to enable any project and have a climber for those situations where a boom cannot access. Their rates are very reasonable and they are efficient. They will grind the stump after tree removal; they clean up after the job.As to Christophers criticism, Mike is often called on for emergency jobs that will, understandably, delay planned, less urgent jobs. The recent wind storm resulted in a number of crisis situations that Mike took care of promptly. He informed us when he had to delay our job, which was not a problem for us.You could not find a better tree service company!Jerry Christian
