It was pretty busy but I was greeted and asked if I needed help. Staff was friendl. Prices were fairly low. The store was stocked and clean.

They was very friendly and polite. They answered my questions even though my questions may sound stupid.

These guys never let me down! I stopped in last time for wiper blades, it was raining and I was in desperate need of new wiper blades, (one of my blades was held on by a zip tie) so I went in and grabbed the size recommend as OEM in a google search and some windshield washer fluid. At checkout I told the gentleman I had searched online and these sizes were recommended. He did a quick search in their system and turns out, for these particular wipers I needed a different size for passenger side! Thank goodness he checked! After finishing up he asked if I needed any help replacing them, I replied yeah I might .. he didnt hesitate to come out and replace the blades and asked if I needed help with anything else,I didnt so in no time I was on my way. Whether its required or not, he didnt hesitate and was eager to help, and every time Ive been there each of the employees have treated me respectfully, were eager to help and have taken time to explain anything I did not understand, and answer my questions. Many times I have been told by other similar stores one thing, and stopped in AutoZone for second opinions or price comparisons.. and in the end found out the other places had it all wrong and AutoZone had what I actually needed in stock and I was safely back on the road in no time. Now I just stick with them! I highly recommend this place!

My son called to get an alternator and was put on hold twice for 10 minutes. Each time a Spanish speaking dude came on with a bunch of advertising and after so long he had to hang up. I thought we live in the United States where we speak English. Why is there a long Spanish speaking ad? Sorry If you are cant speak English, go back to Mexico.

Amazing customer service! The gentleman helped me find a battery and replaced it for me super quick even with my car being a struggle bus. I am Soo greatful. Wish I would have remembered his name but he was thin cutest red hair and so so sweet. Highly recommend! Best auto store Ive been to in town actual help!

Quick to help me find what I needed

I was the typical its raining outside and now I remember that my wiper blades are toast from the winter. The guy at the counter figured what length of blades I needed.

I needed a blinker light bulb. They had it in stock, cool beans.

My son fell overwhelmed, a representative helped him get what he needed and with in 10 minutes an order was placed, later he was called back for pickup. He was trying to change his brakes for an older model truck and was having a hard time finding. Thank you AutoZone.

They don’t even deserve 1 star. I went in asking for help with a check engine light and was told I had to do it myself. That would be great if I could figure it out. Was told “it’s so easy” yet I’m not a person that could figure it out. I get covid changes things but they were willing to help a friend of mine just a few weeks ago. Terrible customer service.

Excellent customer service! I went because I thought I needed a new battery for my key fob...Skylar didnt hesitate to open my fob, find the battery to fit and replace it. After we learned that wasnt what was wrong with my key he replaced my old battery and there was no charge for any of it!!

If you put a sign about masks on the door you should enforce it as they come in. I watched 5 people go in and out with no masks.Makes me feel very unsafe

These guys always try to do their best. If they dont have what we need they can order it and often times my item is there the next day. Also when I received the wrong part ordered by a new guy they refunded my card without any problems.

The service was great. They installed a new battery for no charge. Thats why I like to go to AUTO ZONE. The people were friendly and helpful.

As i was checking out i had asked if any one had any idea how hard it was going to be to replace the part i just purchased. They told me it was pretty easy and one man volunteered to help me once the store slowed down. Thank goodness he did because i would have done it without unhooking the battery which would have ended badly for me. He went above and beyond what he needed to do. He was polite and completely professional. Often when someone dose things like this for me i get asked for my number or something and was almost waiting for it, however he kept it professional and even pointed out a few things i may need to keep an eye on for the future.

Recently went in to pick up a part I ordered online. They helped me get the right one and because of some confusion in price (wrong order on my part) they totally hooked us up. Employees are not very educated on return policies. I was told I could get cash return over the phone, then couldn’t and forced into store credit. Don’t waste your time go literally anywhere else

Auto Zone always has the needs of my vehicle covered whatever it may be. I do find that some of the items are priced higher than other hardware stores in the area, but I enjoy shopping there.The employees and the manager are very helpful and knowledgeable.

MY husband desperately needed a part and called them 5 minutes after they close. They had told him to come on buy and pick up the part he needed to help his sister get home to North Dakota before a big snow storm. Lovely staff! thank yoou so much for staying 30 minutes after closing !!!

I was away from my computer and figured I could just call real quick and ask them if they had a part in stock. After 20 minutes on hold I hung up and called back. The same associate answered and asked if I could hold, I calmly told him that I have already been on hold for 20 minutes and just needed a part lookup real quick. He responded with oh sorry, then put me on hold again. I dont know if he was busy from lack of staff or if he just wanted to do something else. In the end, this place has show it cannot take care of its customers.

They have more options for parts online so Id check them first out on their online site. The staff was friendly and we got what we needed...but make sure they are giving you the best deal (sometimes you dont need the most expensive version of a part, just one that works.)

Good service was helpful although had to drive to two different locations to get all the parts, other than that it was fine.

Usually come here because its closer to my house but they dont always have what I need. They told me they didnt have transfer case fluid (basically universal) or power steering fluid (also universal) for my common, American made vehicle. They sent me to OReillys who had everything that I needed and seemed to be more knowledgeable. Also getting in and out of the parking lot is awful.

AutoZone on 17th in Idaho Falls, worst customer service ever. I ordered some lift supports last Friday for my Tahoe and the guy said someone can help you get these in.Well just went to pick them up and two ladies and some tall guy who you couldnt tell if he worked there or not. One of the ladies asked me my name and I told her and said that I was told I could get a little help and she looked at me like Im not doing it, the other lady was off in her little world and she asked the guy and he gave me an 8 second tutorial on how to install them. Then he walked away telling another customer we got it all together, lets go install this for you and headed out the door and climbed under the back of the guys car.When the manager lady who didnt want to help me install found my lifts she laid them on the counter in front of the other lady, the lady at the counter ignored me and the lifts and went and helped another customer, it took a full two minutes for the manager who was looking through me, out the window, to come up and ask did she have you sign for that?When I left he was still under the other customers car.This place is a joke and after spending $50 for a part, I expect it will be my last time spending any dollars there....

Awesome service, the people who work there checked my engine light, looked up the parts I needed. Looked up pricing and even advised me to go to another store to save $12 on a part.

They gave us the wrong part on many occasions. And they said they were getting a part shipped in for my truck and when I went to pick it up they said they didnt have because the supplier didnt have it. They could have told me that before I ordered it. And the employees have no clue what they are doing. I will never come here again
