Im going to be 100 percent honest I definitely walked in there expecting to be charged alot and owe alot into taxes because we waited till the last day to do taxes two hours before they closed. That just wasnt the case!!! They worked with me and my wife on taxes while answering our questions every step of the way. And we paid about 200$ less than I expected to pay. We got finished (we only owed 180 to state and got back 600 in federal so it was a good day.) Melissa was definitely very friendly and professional. I will go back there every year from now on. 10/10 I would recommend them every day of the week
