They have awesome staff! They care about their clients and are so easy to work with. They take the time to include other workers in meetings regarding clients. We are lucky to have innovative health in Idaho Falls. They offer so much to the community. Thank you!

Having to go through Innovative Health has been horrific. Majority of the staff is rude (no one smiles, interacts, and all appear miserable with their jobs), they take forever to return phone calls and in general know there is no where else for people to go so they could care less about pleasing their clients. My son, who is 9, was originally set up with a tester who was just mean! The office manager had the audacity to call after 3 sessions and report understand why youre having him tested, he clearly has issues with authority and must do horrible in school! First and foremost my son is a straight A student and we have NEVER had issues with authority, we are very concerned about his social skills/development. Second, I called and voiced concerned after the first session and my sons reports of being uncomfortable with the tester! No one bothered to respond until after the 3rd session to inform me it was my sons fault and the 3 sessions we just paid for were null and void. We then had to wait almost another 7 weeks before they got us in with another tester, and this process wont be done until mid-October...I started this process in May!!!! I would like to mention that Ive worked in mental health for 10 years myself and this is the epitome of a bad provider. Because of where we live there are not a lot of options, so if you have to go through them make sure you be your own advocate, stand your ground and hold them accountable! Unfortunately, there were more issues then i mentioned in this review.

Dr.New can be a descent Dr if he cares about the type of person you are but from day 1 he spent about 80% of our visit time talking about all his past clients who tried lying to get there way..which is understandable since he works with addicts but hes beyond taken it out of context the second he tried to tell me that I had a dirty UA (proven in a real lab that day that i was absolutely clean)and was on heroin weed opiates an all different kinds,He has treated me like nothing but dirt. He more less tells me how to feel or how i look. Hes literally told me not to play stupid an call in for another prescription claiming I forgot he had lowered the dose. Im dont like anything about Dr.New at all an apparently the entire staff walk on eggshells when hes on his bad days.. He so consumed in what he thinks that he cares not to take any time to actually do his job.My therapist Shiela an Dustin have only ever been the ones to smile at me, Sheila has been amazing to work with an she dont fit in there if u ask me, innovative is full of grown adults afraid to be there own people an leaves the fate of their day in this mans hands...I wish Dr.Kettle could see for herself how he truly is.I wouldnt recommend my dog even go in to that office..And its true it is uncomfortable the second you walk in them doors they make it very well known that you are not as good as them..its up to us how we take that though

This is a great place. The quality of the staff here is unmatched in idaho falls.
