I had set up auto pay and my card had been compromised. The day my payment was to go through my back had frozen my card. They came for my bins 5 days later with no notice! When I called they told me that due to the payment not going through they could no longer provide service! Even though I explained what had happened! Very unprofessional!

Finally canceled these jokers after 11 years of service. When we first started with them 11 years ago service was great .Eventually they morphed into uncaring, rude and unreliable. The driver would actually drive by our can and not pick it up, even if we had called for a special pickup before leaving town. Its trash, not hard to comprehend, if the can is out, pick it up. The driver should not determine this, just push the lever. We would call them, and the response was, all calls are recorded. Talk about paranoia, no wonder they are 2.7 on reviews. Adios.

I have used this company for years, and really think they do a good job. They are one of the few companies that still offer the discount if you pay for the year in full, and then they give you one month for free. I like that! And the customer service has always been very good when I have needed to call. Good company!

Eagle Rock Sanitation is fantastic! We have been a customers of theirs for over 10 years. They are always very prompt & reliable. Their prices are very reasonable & I love the discounts they give us. They are great to work with!

Poor business practices! They are passive aggressive and will gladly leave you and your family in your waste with no warning or any notifications in the mail regarding a late payment.

Wish I could say 0 stars. Hands down THE WORST company. I would never recommend them to anyone. Yes their prices are reasonable, but 1 late payment and they take your can and send you to collections the next month. With no warning calls, email, mail nothing! Then when you call to have your service reinstalled they LIE and tell you there is no upfront fee or previous balances. Then the next month take your can AGAIN for non payment of previous balances, without even sending you any type of bill! When you call to talk to someone its ALWAYS the same female and she refuses to be honest or help you with anything.

Horrible service! Never pay in cash!!! Its will be LOST! The owners do not care about customer service. The billing ladies I have no idea what they are doing! Theyll just give you the runaround. They waited 4 years, after I left the company to to send me to collections for a bill I paid and have proof of!!! I would never recommend them to anybody, not even my worst enemy!

I moved away from southeast Idaho a few months ago, I was certain I had canceled my services with these guys when I got a call from a collection agency saying I owe them $200+. I called them up and spoke with Nicole who was very reasonable with me and got the situation taken care of quickly and without a fight. Turns out I hadnt paid the last three months in which I was living there. Very professional, very easy to work with in my experience.

We moved into our house and signed up for Eagle Rocks garbage collection. We waited for a bill for 3 months and never got one. Worried we would be back charged and not wanting to get a huge bill I called them. They did not charge me because it was an error on their end. So happy for their great customer service.

Worst customer service ever! Rude to the customer! Missed pick up days & dont believe the customer. Billing does not respond to questions positively, if they respond at all.

One day, I forgot to bring up the garbage cans I saw him drive-by so I ran I ran to go grab the garbage cans I bought it up the thing he didn’t stop so I called the company and the lady was so helpful. He sent out a message and he came back and empty my garbage is a really really really appreciated it. I love them so much they are amazing.

Thank you so much! We picked up garbage on our road this week and ended up with many bags of garbage. We just left the bags sitting on the side of the road behind our dumpster. We figured we would have to take a few weeks to get them all hauled away dumpster by dumpster, or find a truck and haul them ourselves. Came home today, and they were all gone. Thanks so much for going above and beyond!!!

I had a question about pickup of carpet and other materials from our home. They arent able to work in town, but Kim pointed me in the right direction. Helpful, and the staff who answered were quite pleasant.

Horrible horrible customer service! They skipped us so we canceled service and they continued to bill us or charge us. I told them I wanted a credit for the last month but ended up paying it and now theyre sending me to collections for finance charges. The lady that does customer service never answers her phone so you can never talk to a live person all you can do is leave messages and they call and dont give any information back to you.

Theyre lazy

They ignored our emails, hung up on us mid conversation, and claimed that they couldnt service our office even though they pick up from our neighbors on either side. The person we talked to was very rude and honestly seemed lazy, like they would rather not have a new client. Were taking our business to a more responsive, friendly service.

Weve had service from Eagle Rock for 9 years and they have been exceptional. Weve never had a problem and they have gone above and beyond on several occasions when I needed help.

We had their service for a few months out in Rigby. We were moving so I called to cancel in March. In May we had gotten another bill from them and they still hadnt cancelled our service like they said. So I called again and after multiple attempts of trying to get a hold of someone, I finally spoke with someone who said they would credit it back and get it canceled. It still never got cancelled. I called over and over and left message after message and no one would answer or contact me. Then I didnt hear anything back from them and the bill stops coming so I thought maybe they fixed it. Today I got a call from collections that I owe them for 6 months worth of service after the month of cancellation in March. This is the worst company for customer service or trying to get ahold of anyone. Nobody ever does what they will say at this company.

I live in Rigby and we had Eagle Rock Sanitation for our garbage service for over 3 years. They only missed picking up my garbage once. When I called and let them know they sent someone out the next day and picked it up. They did an excellent job.

They were great for the first couple of months but then they started not coming and I wasnt sure if I had paid the bill or not and that is why they stopped coming because they dont have a very good online presence so I gotta message and paid for the next 6 months that was in August, it is now November and we have our garbage picked up maybe once a month only after Ive called and left a message. I have yet to talk to anyone on the phone just the same message for over three weeks saying there was something wrong with thier equipment and they will deliver thier trash cans today or tomorrow I know they have the potential to be great lets just hope this is a misunderstanding on my part

Very, Very poor Communication. Billing is messed up! When you do finally talk to someone they are not interested in resolving problems. Have tried them for a few years and three problems, but all three times, very poor communication.

Absolute joke! eagle rock is impossible to get ahold of, and when they tell you they will pick up your dumpster 90 percent of the time they dont. I dont even know how they stay in business. thats how bad their operation is

Worst place even they r now in May telling me I owe them for 2 quarters of service that I canceled all the way last May which is a lie we canceled service and and paid them even though they skipped our garage pick up multiple times !
