I have been to Rosemark to see Carli Bodily for laser hair removal. I have had several areas done. She is wonderful! She always makes sure I am comfortable and I am please with the results.

I had been to 4 different doctors with the same issue & none of them could help me. I highly recommend going to see Amber Masse. She was really easy to work with & gave me answers! I was super grateful & I will be going to her from now on!

I have loved coming to Rosemark for laser treatments! I get about half of my face done and it has CHANGED MY LIFE! They are so professional, clean, kind, and fast! I would recommend laser treatments here to anyone!

I have absolutely loved my pregnancy at Rosemark. The Dr.s genuinely care about my experience and take the time to answer all of my questions. I had my 3D scan done as well and we got INCREDIBLE pictures, and they even sent them straight to my phone through a link, so I could share with my family. Amazing experience all around!!

I had laser hair removal provided by Carli Bodily. She was extremely professional and very knowledgeable. The service provided was quick and comfortable. My results have been great with minimal discomfort throughout the procedure. Carli ensured my needs were met and I was satisfied each time my session ended. Could not recommend her more! She was the best! Any procedures I want in the future will definitely be with her!

My first appointment took TWO hours to complete. I had already done registration before my appointment but they decided to take their time. My second appointment I had to visit the financial advisor who told me I needed to pay $322 that day and every month for a year. I’m still on a family plan and my parents meet their deductible and out of pocket by February every year. I don’t have to pay anything for my appointments but the lady was insistent on making me pay. I refused to and she said I would have to pay at the end of the month. She said she called my insurance company and that my parents didn’t reach their out of pocket. I called my insurance company and they said that they never got a call from Rosemark. Both me and my mom called Rosemark to complain and sort this out but both Lynn and Mykla were condescending to us and rude. They said it’s policy to make us pay now so we don’t have to later. We’ve met our deductible so we shouldn’t have to pay. They called me a “special circumstance” to be more condescending. I will not be going back.

I love, love the midwives at Rosemark! I started seeing them when I was a little over halfway through my pregnancy after leaving the midwives at Selah (poor experience) and wow, what a difference in care. I love that they are certified nurse midwives and have so much knowledge and experience to offer, but that they also work side by side with other medical professionals in case I needed care outside their expertise. They saw me with such an open mind and put my desires, concerns and questions ahead of a one-size-fits-all agenda. They also treated my husband well and were very inclusive of him and his concerns, as well, which meant a lot. We felt like friends and that they saw us as people instead of just as bodies. Im not sure how much they could have done about this, but I would love to see a reform in post partum care in this country. They were wonderful at my 6 week appt but it would have been nice to be able to check in with them regularly for further support. That was the only thing that was a little disappointing. But I love all three of them and highly recommend them to everyone I know!

This is a place I have came to for so long. The Doctors and midwives are so great the back staff also. The front desk on the other hand, has fallen apart after my 2nd horrible experience at the front desk within the past month I definitely recommend they start reconsidering miss Sarah at the front desk, she was to say the least, very disrespectful and rude. Snappy attitude and smiled and rolled her eyes to the co worker next to her when I asked her for her name. I have honestly considered another provider as this is not the first time the girls at the front have a horrible attitude ... The lady in the lab shared a conversation with me on another time poor attitude was experienced at a previous appointment so this just makes the experience coming here dreadful whether you are having a horrible day or not do not take it out on your patients!!

Its hard to find a good OBGYN. All of the doctors here are wonderful, but my favorite is Dr. Gundersen. He listens well. With bad news he is compassionate and kind. In crazybsitustioond he is level headed. His sense of humor takes a bit to get used to but it really helps in a tense or scary situation. I have a now ongoing problem that started with a trip to the ER. At my followup he had charts and was able to explain exactly what happened in a way I could understand. He never makes me feel less than or stupid. He just gets how hard being a woman can be at times, and for that I am grateful.

Had an amazing experience here from the moment I walked in! The front desk staff was amazing! My daughter was very stressed because she just found out she was pregnant and they made her feel very comfortable and welcomed and she hadn’t even gone in to her appointment yet! The nurses and doctor were so very kind to both of us! They answered all her questions and made her feel a lot better! First time moms know the stress! They were always eager to help and answer her questions and help her out! All the way up to the delivery and even a few weeks after! It’s been a few years but she recently went back and told me her doctor told her to say hi to me! The fact that he remembers is crazy! They really do appreciate and REMEMBER their patients and even their moms! I would recommend Rosemark to anyone who wants an amazing experience from their very first appointment and every one after!

SURPRISE bills came in the mail after I had already paid up front the original amount they had told me it was going to cost! And, the two midwives I seen were very pushy and did not respect our decision at all. They treated me like I was a waste of their time. That being said, two of my friends go here regularly and have never had a bad experience. But they do see different midwives.

Carli (the laser tech) is amazing! I can go on all day long about how wonderful she is. That being said, she is not the reason for this review. The customer service at the front desk could use some serious help. The girls are always cold and borderline snotty and stuck up when I go in for my appointments, which has been more than once now. Not a way you want to present yourself at a doctors office, especially a women’s healthcare office. Something needs to change.

I can’t believe anyone enjoys their experience here. Astronomically long waits in the patient rooms happened at my first two appointments and that was enough for me to never go back. (Two weeks later and they haven’t even transferred my health records to my new provider. No return phone calls, multiple attempts to contact). I highly recommend family doctors for prenatal care.

Row Berry screamed in my face. I refuse to see her. They also caused nerve damage to my arm from the implanon. They dont care how rough they are they just want you the hell out of their faces. Rosemark, you are disgusting and I hope you can take the lawsuit from digging so deep into my arm I could feel it even after all the numbing agents. Now I have permanent damage from you cutting so deep.

It has taken me a few weeks to write this review, because I wanted to make sure that pregnancy hormones did not influence the review.The front desk staff and the lady who checked me in and took my vitals were wonderful. Even the ultrasound technician was okay to work with. But unfortunately, they aren’t the people you’ll have to really work with when you get prenatal care.I have to leave a low review because I had an appointment with Heather Duffey nurse midwife and left feeling like I couldn’t ask questions without being harassed for such sincere questions.Maybe Duffey was having a bad day, but either way I won’t be going back because as a patient you should be able to ask questions and not receive a disrespectful and negative response. I have shed too many tears over this experience. I hope that Duffey improves her response as she answers questions of future patients.

Love it here!!! Kathy was so awesome and fun. Explained everything to me made me feel so comfortable. The new laser did not hurt at all, I’m so excited and happy I came ❤️

We have used Rosemark through all 3 of my pregnancies and now we are back with number 4. We love Rosemark! It is a beautiful and very clean and comfortable office. The staff and nurses are all very friendly and helpful. It is where Ill continue to go for my ob/gyn needs and would highly recommend.

If I could give them no starts I honestly would. Last Tuesday I went in for my ultrasound the women doing the ultrasound said your 7 weeks 5 days along. So of course I was super excited. I got in there and she couldnt find anything. So the women said your probably earlier along than what we thought. So from that moment forward they had me get my HCG levels checked every other day. On Thursday my doctor called and said you are probably going through a ectopic pregnancy. So please go to the ER if the pain gets worse. So Tuesday the following week I went in for a ultrasound and they couldnt find anything. So the woman doing the ultrasound says everything looks great. They did a ultrasound outside and inside of the uterus and couldnt find a thing. So again for the second timeHe jumps to ectopic pregnancy. But than he says if your numbers jump than its probably a whole new pregnancy. So Wednesday I called into Rosemark and asked what the doctor wrote in my chart the nurse says it says nothing about a ectopic pregnancy. So at that point Im upset so I ended up going to a different doctor here is what they found out: It appears that I have a cyst outside of the uterus or the miscarried fetus. Its outside of the uterus by your right ovary. The doctor will do laparoscopic surgery to remove it before it bursts ( ectopic pregnancy) and will also do a D and C of the uterus. He said that my body keeps telling itself that I am pregnant but because my numbers are what they are. But more importantly, because its outside of the uterus, the pregnancy is ectopic and not viable. They had to take out my left tube. Im glad I got a second opinion because I was heard and not dismiss.

All of the midwives and doctors here truly care about their patients. They are really quick about getting you in for a last minute appointment. The facility is always impeccably clean. Heather Duffey is my favorite, she always takes the time and never makes me feel rushed at my appointments.

I chose Rosemark for care during my first pregnancy, and have never regretted that decision! I had qualified help for many questions and concerns, and when it came time for delivery, I had the support I needed to have an unmedicated, natural child birth!Rosemark has a wonderful facility, and my appointments were always organized and timely. As I expect my second little one, I know my care will continue with Rosemark and the Certified Nurse Midwives!

I’ve loved the experience that I have had so far at Rosemark. This is my first pregnancy and I’ve received excellent care. ☺️

I just went here for my first baby checkup at 8 weeks before transferring to somewhere closer, but I LOVE this place! Everyone was helpful and friendly, and I felt like they really knew their stuff. The place is adorable, too! I highly recommend it!

Nice newer modern office. I had an early appointment so I was seen as soon as I finished my paperwork. I went to see Lori Woodbury and she’s is phenomenal! Doctors offices just make me a little nervous! But Lori and her staff made me feel at ease. I love that Lori answered all my question throughly. One of the best doctor visits I’ve had. I love Rosemark! I went to them during my first pregnancy just a little bit ago. All the nurses and MA’s were nice, understanding, and always made sure that all of my questions were answered. I saw Dr. Gunderson and I can’t recommend him enough! He is such a nice guy and great at what he does!

This place was amazing! They were patient with any questions. And while you do have to wait a bit, they are there for you when you need them to be.

I have never been disappointed with the care I have received at Rosemark! Dr Gundersen is very kind and personable, and Darla (ultrasound tech) is awesome. My husband and I have had two ultrasounds done at Rosemark, and their technology is AMAZING! I highly recommend going here.

I love the staff here. The lab ladies are just amazing. This has been by far my hardest pregnancy. No matter how much they have going on they always find time to help me. I never feel like they are rushing me or mad that I woke my doctor up at 3am for questions. I love this place and am so happy to have them.

I transferred to Rosemark from Pocatello Womens. The staff is friendly, scheduling is a breeze (Im talking an appointment within a couple days), and the providers couldnt be more down to Earth and open to your needs. I loved them so much, Ive already told a couple of my besties to go in.

I just had to give this place 5 stars! We are from out of town (CO) and came here for a gender check while visiting family for the holidays! It was only $20 which we greatly appreciated. They gave us some nice high quality ultrasound pictures, they had nice modern equipment, they texted us the pictures as well, the staff was friendly, and the clinic is beautiful! Probably one of the nicest clinics Ive ever been in! Highly recommend them!

I love this place. Dr. Steve Robison is the best doctor I’ve ever worked with. The office is clean and beautiful. The wait times have improved a lot as well. Would definitely recommend.

If there could be a no stars thats what they would get. 10 years after we have our child they send a $5 bill to collections. WOW what a great staff. Watch out they make you sign an agreement of services that states they will get every dime from you even if its 10 YEARS

I had pre trial followed by the Medtronic interstim surgery. Everyone has been professional, friendly, goes out of their way to help you. Melissa is the one that recognized the symptoms that might be benefitted from interstim. Dr. Gunderson did my surgery, Eleena got it approved quickly from appinsurance, Lisa (from Boise) and Megan (slc) were amazing reps from Medtronic. That team went out of their way to get this done before we left on vacation. THANK YOU EVERYONE!!!

Id give these guys no stars if I could. Scheduled visits take an hour at minimum. I have sat waiting for a doctor for close to 3 hours with my 1 year old freaking out and when I went to leave they said the doctor would be right in, 20 minutes later she came in and all she had to say was oops I went to the wrong room. The whole experience was an absolute joke. Would definitely recommend monarch over rosemark any day!

Unfortunately we cant pick our nurses each time we visit a medical facility. If I could, I would choose Diedra. She was the perfect person for the job. She was very personable and helped me feel comfortable. I cant express the relief I felt just by visiting with her. Shes the type of person I look forward to seeing when I come to a Doctors visit.

Having been going here for 4 years and have loved my doctor and the facilities. However, the wait is never less than a half hour. Its usually a 45 minutes to an hour wait. Since I have to take my other children with me it makes the wait almost unbearable. Sad to leave rosemark but the wait time has never improved.

Was an ok experience I guess. My Dr I saw was very rigid, serious and hard to talk to. It wasnt awful but definitely didnt make me feel comfortable or supported to express my concerns or receive help. I can not seem to find a good womens health doctor in this town! So frustrating!

Absolutely love this place and I love heather I had my baby girl with them my birth didnt go as planned but they still tried their hardest to make it the way I wanted it I was always treated right and if I decide to have another baby I will for sure be going to them again I got to admit Ill miss everyone especially heather my midwife

The place is professional, and casual. My wife was nervous at first but discovered she had little reason to be. The ultrasound was comfortable and non invasive (also only done by women). The doctor was thorough and answered all of our questions directly. He was very honest, real, and relatable. I didnt feel like I was speaking to an Almighty Holy Thou Art, but rather a humble dad that takes his profession very seriously.The staff arent overly friendly, but theyre not rude either. Theyre just doing their job.

Rosemark is the perfect example of whats wrong with massive price inflated American health care and they are likely the most expensive womens center in Idaho Falls. Our advice is to look elsewhere.We have to give birth outside of Idaho Falls for our second child. We used Rosemark for our first child and two appointments for our second. The two appointments were: 10 minute ultrasounds, 10 minutes with the doctor, and 30 minutes waiting.We received the bill from those two short and simple appointments for over $700... We had no choice but to pay that full price yesterday.Their pregnancy global charge of $3000-$4000 just for 10 or so appointments isnt affordable either.Also, dont expect your delivery doctor to show up if you go into labor on a Sunday. They will send you an on call doctor from some other center.

What a caring staff! My wife is always treated with love here and you can tell the nurses, doctors, receptionists, and everyone else love helping people.

After having several problems, this place was the only place that diagnosed me correctly and since then Ive been on the road to recovery. Tauni Rowberry was wonderful and all of the nurses have been great. This is one of the few places where I feel like I am listened to and where my boundaries are respected. Definitely recommend it!

Doctors are great but every time I go or call receptionists are not nice to me. It is the same thing every time. They should be nicer

I think their providers are great, but as far as everyone else goes it’s awful. I have had several appointments scheduled and then I get there to be told I’m not on their schedule. I had an unltrasound appointment and I got a swab, but no ultrasound. I was then told it was my fault because I was not persistent in telling them I needed it done. I thought I was, but I don’t think it’s my job to tell my tech what tests I need done. I’m switching facilities. I wouldn’t recommend this business to anyone! Awful!

Ive had ups and downs here in the years Ive been a patient here and I have to say theyve made a lot of improvements. At one time I was very frustrated and was able to talk with a couple administrators who sincerely wanted to help and sorted everything out. I absolutely love Dr. Matt Robison. He has treated me during some very difficult health challenges and delivered both of my babies. He has always calmed my nerves and is great about answering any and all questions. Truly a top notch physician.

They have been so helpful in every visit! The doctors are friendly, and thorough when it comes to answering questions.

The midwives here were fantastic, beyond excellent, but thats about where things end. Every appointment was overbooked, my wife spent hours here for 15 minute appointments. They attempted to dictate our decisions, they insisted on inducing simply because of a legal paper that made them follow the advice of a specialist (who ended up being dead wrong). They incorrectly diagnosed our baby with IUGR, and told my wife all the horrible things that were certainly going to happen to us and our baby. They are absurd, and I will never use them for any service ever again. Avoid this place if you want to be in control of your own pregnancy and family.

Rosemark is either overbooked, or they dont do a very good job of staying on schedule. Every time I went in for an appointment I spent a good 45 minutes to an hour waiting for a doctor, an ultrasound, I was always just sitting around waiting for something. When the doctor finally came in, it was so impersonal and short that it didnt feel even worth my time.There is also a receptionist who is very rude, almost to the point where when I hear her name when I pick up, I want to hang up and call back again to get someone else. I decided to transfer care 20 weeks into my pregnancy and Im MUCH happier with my new provider. When I called to tell Rosemark I was transferring, they were once again, very rude.

I saw Dr. Matt Robison today and was very impressed and happy with my visit. I didnt have to wait at all. He was knowledgeable, thorough, and didnt act rushed. Hes very kind and took the time to listen and address my medical issues and concerns. I highly recommend Dr. Matt Robison! Thank you Rosemark and Dr. Matt Robison!

The receptionist was vary mean and disrespectful to my wife. She was almost offended that my wife got a work order from a mid wife for a 20 week ultrasound. Vary mean and rude!

HORRIBLE! Dr.Robinson was the worst doctor Ive ever been to. I went there because I loved the idea of going to a women for my conceals as I am a women, but I got stuck with this jerk. I went in there because I had a persistent problem for the last 7 months with a spiked fever and coughing blood and he acted like It was a burden to even speak to me, never looked me in the eyes, and said in a mockingly tone are you sure its not just the flue? I cant believe the lack of empathy he has for his clients. Im a well respected member of the city and I would never ever recommend this doctor to anyone whos had any sort of problem, male or female. Worst experience ever.

Doctor Gundersen charged my sick pregnant wife $95 to tell her that zofran is really expensive and that she should try taking vitamins. He didnt do an ultrasound, or a blood test, or a urine test to make sure she was pregnant, just a 5 minute, useless conversation for $95.

Tonight Dr. Matt Robison delivered our perfect baby boy. We have had lots of complications over the last 4 years and after having 3 pregnancies ending in miscarriage my wife and I felt helpless. We went to Dr. Robison because he specializes in high risk pregnancies and after being amazingly cautious and caring he got us a healthy baby boy. I owe this man everything!We saw him and Dr. Gunderson about equal times and although we sometimes did have a decent sized wait it was always worth it and we understand it takes a little bit more time if you want all your questions answered and to be treated like youre their only patient while they are with you.My wife was high risk so she was going to visits 2 to 3 times a week for several months and the nurses and ultrasound techs couldnt be sweeter or more helpful. If you want unpersonalized quick care Rosemark might not be the right right fit but if you want doctors, nurses and staff who care and treat you like gold I couldnt recommend anyone else for your pregnancy.Did I mention Dr. Gunderson took time from his family and busy schedule to stop by at 7:00pm at night just to say hi and see how things were going? We have a wonderful family doctor in Rexburg but will gladly take the trip to Idaho Falls to get the kind of care Rosemark has given us.

Horrible.Was totally ignored by staff and after I got a second opinion, turned out I was right the whole time, I had cysts and Id had a miscarriage and theyd blown me off. Never send anyone you love here.

Horrible customer service the doctors are always gone, they never send the test results, dont order things. If I am expected to be on time I expect the doctor to be on time.
