I wanted to share my unfortunate experience with Lou Ann Stermer. She had missed an appointment with me and then blamed the office staff for her mistake. I then lost trust with her and canceled future appointments. I just received a letter from her telling me that I kept missing appointments and she tried to call me. Also I was told to seek care somewhere else because she could not trust me...ironically. Never in my life have I been dumped by a therapist. She has zero integrity and obviously doesnt care about her patients. Stay away! I just noticed a review by Ann Oswald. She was her office manager at the last place she worked. She has not been a patient of hers so this review is irrelevant.

LouAnn Stermer is an excellent counselor who cares deeply about her clients. In the past, I worked with her at 2 different times over several years. She always acted in a professional manner and with a great deal of integrity. Integrated Counseling is very lucky to have her.

Overall my experience with Idaho Falls Integrated Counseling was positive. The counselor I met with was very helpful and knowledgeable with different techniques for me to use as I was working through some personal issues. They have different types of therapists who focus on various topics which were specific to my needs. I was also able to participate in their wellness program by attending yoga classes and having herbal combinations made just for me. Making appointments were easy to make and the office staff very professional in handling and billing my insurance claims. If youre looking for a counselor or facility to help with your emotional well-being this is a great place to go. Im so grateful for my treatment and experience with this company-it truly changed my life and I highly recommend it!

I had a session with Holly, and Ive been amazed at the results. I see my relationships in a better light and feel a huge burden lifted from using the ART technique. I didnt even have to talk very much or give details. The ART technique gave me the space I needed to work out things on my own.
