I have never been more impressed with a bike shop. They know what they are doing, are extremely helpful, straight with the information of what I was looking for. They go above and beyond with even the simplest things. I had so many questions. Every one of them got answered plus.If you ever get the chance, go here. Look at some of the amazing bikes.They were hard working on customers bicycles and even going over a potential customers bicycle that was brought in for something. They stopped what they were doing several times to teach me and share what they do there.It was a simple visit. But changed my perspective about those who ride. I have went to several bike shops to find bikes for me and my kids. So far my experience with Fitsgeralds Bikes has been excellent. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and fair pricing even with this “Global Bike Pandemic Shortages” aka no bikes to buy anywhere. Trek warranty is amazing and they have lots of extras. I love these guys! I am older and newer to both mountain bikes and road bikes. Since I don’t know exactly what I need these guys know the questions to ask to get me the best bikes that I need. All I have to do is explain what I like and they fit me with the bike that will work best for my situation. These guys really love to help their customers. Very knowledgeable and quite understanding to one’s needs.

This is definitely the go-to bicycle shop in Idaho Falls. I am always treated with respect every time I head in here. The staff are very knowledgeable on both high and low-end bikes and they even have a small coffee shop so youre able to sip an espresso while btowsing or waiting for your bike to get worked on. Awesome place!

The best bike shop

I,d been planning on a minor tuneup on my bike for the last year and finally I was motivated when I learned it was “support local business day”, and I had my eye on Fitzgerald’s since they moved into Idaho Falls. Eric and Ryan wowed me on their professionalism and accommodation for me getting my bike in on short notice and doing such a great job. I’m impressed with the adaptation that Fitzgerald’s has demonstrated during this pandemic.

Excellent service. And great turn around. Came in with a bike that needed pedals and we were out in less than 15 minutes.

They had winter hours, but I was lucky enough there were a couple of gents working on projects (sign on the door says to ring the back door buzzer between 10 a.m. and noon, in case they are there working on projects). They greeted me with smiles and were bery personable. They installed an inner tube on my jogging stroller wheel in minutes the price was more than fair. Fantastic guys, great service. Thank you!

What an amazing shop, from the minute I walked in I felt was at home. Every body was super helpful and gave me great information on the bike that was perfect for my riding style. After they got me the perfect bike they decked it so it matched my personality! If you need great service and a killer deal hit these guys up leave feeling good.

The folks at Fitzgeralds are all nice, theyre knowledgable, and theyre genuinely excited by bicycles! Im relatively new to town, and the folks at this shop have made me feel at home - from last-minute small repairs to large repairs to custom orders. I couldnt recommend a shop more highly. PLUS, they have a new espresso machine, and they can pull a mean shot!!!

The staff is kind and knowledgeable. The product is good quality, and the prices are reasonable.

Ryan, Brian, and Kyle know their stuff. They can get you what you need at the right price. From road bikes to mountain bikes these guys know everything eastern Idaho has to offer.

All of the employees were very helpful and friendly. The store is brand new so theyre still getting set up but so far the have a great selection and knowledgeable staff. I was talking with Kyle and he told me they will have a coffee shop set up in the next month or so (that would be around May) and theyll have coffee, espresso etc. This is a nice addition to Idaho Falls. I would highly recommend checking them out. They are in the old Farrs jewelery building if youre familiar with its location.if you agree with this review or it helped you out please give it a like!

They were knowledgeable and so helpful!! The man that helped me with my bike tires was incredibly kind to my four year old. They got us right in!
