I have bought two solid cars from them in the last four years and another two to family members - all newer Volkswagens. All very well bought. Staff is friendly and easy to work with. Interest rate might seem high, but they only do around two year contracts. Better deal in the end than other used car dealers who want a 6 or 7 year loan. They have back row specials and front line beauties. Do your due diligence as any buyer should. No issues with taking the cars out on an hour test drive and checking things out. I have had nothing but solid experiences. I will buy from them again without hesitation.

Do NOT purchase a vehicle from these crooks!! My mother (not mechanically inclined) was 100% taken advantage of! If I could give this place negative stars, I would!!! She purchased this vehicle after much assurance from the salesman that it was a great running vehicle with no issues other than the brakes. This vehicle is a ticking time bomb! Bad rear main seal, bad valve cover gasket, the underside of the engine was coated in oil as well as an excessive amount of oil pooled up in the spark plug, also has an exhaust leak! When we spoke with the owner, he completely talked down to us because we are women and was EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful! Please, save yourself the money and the problems and shop at a dealership that cares about their customers and not just about their bottom line!

If youre looking for the classic used car salesman experience this is the place for you. Besides the total lack of customer service (or even just basic friendliness), they will lie about the vehicle and then be aggressively rude when you question them about it. This was my first car buying experience for many years and not only did they make it absolute hell but then made sure to put it all on me. I get the convenience of no credit check, but you would have an easier time escaping a den of hungry lions then leaving this place with your car and your sanity unscathed.

Changed the asking down price, ignored us for the first 25 mins and treated us like we were wasting their time. Not that impressive.

So far my car buying experience through this dealership has been fast and easy, as well as very eager to please their customers. I signed documents to take the vehicle as is, with no changes.. four days later the I realized the life of the battery wasnt sufficient. A simple phone call later and Scott was more than willing to replace it without question. Highly recommend more many different reasons.

We bought a car from them in December and by April the engine was toast. Got told well tough luck are cars are sold as is we can add whats left onto any other car so your even more out of money within a month of having it we had already put four grand worth of repairs into it so if you need a car that might last 100 days this is the place to go

You can easily afford a newer vehicle with a low monthly payment and just $500 down. If something is going on with the vehicle just let them know and they may be able to help with being fixed with their mechanic. If you have trouble with a payment, talk to them, they are compassionate enough to understand an issue and will work with you to the best of their abilities.

If I could give them negative stars I would, I got in a bind and had to use these guys on December 13th, 2019 i got a 2006 Ford Expedition. Seemed okay for the year and miles. Of course the battery was dead wich is normal on most used car lots. By December 16th I called and told them it was having multiple codes show up. One of wich was multiple misfire and catalytic was not passing a test I was told to bad pretty much their mechanic dosent deal with cats. So lets do some math 700$ down and within 3days im putting not 1 but 2 catalytic converters in this at 850 each. Ran good for a few days then i was getting multiple misfire and timing codes got it down to the bank 2 valve controlled timing solenoid. Another 200$ not a big deal the stereo didnt work 200 there the cheap Walmart battery they had in it was junk another 165 then by april first i took it to them.because it was throwing multiple codes for transmission and engine it wasnt shifting. On my way to take it to them it locked up wouldnt start towed it to their lot and called them the next morning the guy said theyd take it to their mechanic but it sounded like the starter LOL ya okay sure. I got a call back about 430 oh did you know it didnt run well da. Called them again the next day they said oh our cars are sold as is but what we can do is rool the price you have left over to another car. Um thats like 8 grand with their insane 24% intrest he also said hed call back by saturday never heard a thing so with the down payment the payments and what i dumped into the pos i was already in it 3460$ thats half what they sold it to me for then they tell me they can rool the 8 grand over to a new one because the engine was toast in that one. Ya i would have to take a strong pass on that one, moral of the story is there are people that have no other option but to use these buy here pay here places. And they will bleed you like a stuck pig with your money and then when it only last 112 days and you have had to already dump half the price of your loan into repairs then it needs a 5 thousand dollar engine they want to just way burry you into another loan. These people shouldnt even be able to operate in the auto industry buyer beware is way to light to say about this place they are beyond a rip off take lube with you when you go there to get a car you would be better off asking the junk yard to sell you one and dumo money into one from there .

DONT BUY FROM THESE GUYS YOU WILL MORE THAN LIKELY REGRET YOUR DECISION. Go to walmart and get a bike its way more reliable and has not been pulled out of a junkyard to swindle people in need of reliable transportation. This place will sell you garbage and try getting a very large down payment then finance it at an unbelievable interest rate then they know they are selling you trash and cant keep on top of payments because you are spending a fortune to just keep the vehicle drivable not reliable at all. This place is why car salesman have a bad reputation.

Every truck I looked at had so many problems! One had no oil cap on it. The one I did drive needed brakes super bad! Windows wouldnt work and inches gone from the side of the bed from rust. I would ask a price and they would tell me about and length of payments not price. Had to pry that out of him

Cosigned on a car in August check engine light was on salesman sent us to their mechanic who didnt diagnose the problem till months later when we had to take it back to him for same issue. Car had a slight misfire when purchased was told it needed a tune up have now had it to 4 shops to find out its a timing issue that has caused engine issues we are now needing a $3000 motor and parts to fix the car the dealer said he would pay to have fixed that they now wont help fix. Also had to replace the whole front end in March tires included for just shy of $2700. our $6000 car is already an $8700 car with a motor bill still needing added. We were told they would stop payment to help us get the car back on the road a repo guy just came to pick up the car so now $1330 later cars still in our possession but we just sent everything we had saved to fix the car to keep it. These people are crooks I am filing a complaint with the attorney general and better business Bureau will never purchase from them again. Take my advice no matter how desperate for a car you are dont buy from them.

So my husband and I needed an all wheel drive or 4 wheel drive vehicle for work the first car we got was thought to be awd was to be my first car it was a charger sad to say the charger was not what we needed it was too much car for me. So we talked to Auto Image and they were willing to trade it for a 2011 Mazda cx-7 I love this little car. A few months later my husband needed a truck for a promotion at work and auto image came to our aid once again with a Dodge Dakota they went above and beyond what they had to and helped point us to a great set of tires. DO NOT GO TO AUTO IMAGE FOR YOUR CAR! My lady got a infinite from there and it’s basically a lemon. After a half an hour it died on her and her client when going to his house. After that she ended up having to push said car to the gas station because it ran out of gas and died (didn’t know it was low on gas because my gas gauge is broke). It went and sat at their mechanics for a couple days he fixed a few things and told her dad that there was something wrong with the fuel pump and Wiring. AUTO IMAGE knowingly sold us a car that has issues. When her parents test drove it the check Engine lights weren’t popin up due to someone messing with the codes of the car. Today August 19th we went in to talk to them about it and brought up the lemon law and they told us the only thing the lemon law covers is brand new cars not used ones. And that they don’t own the car anymore so there’s nothing they will or can do about it. She brought it to the car salesmen’s attention that she heard his mechanic that works at the car lot point at my car and say “oh my god it’s still running!” And he said okay and like they knew it was bad at that point they told us to get out off their office and off the car lot. We maybe getting a lawyer to help us out. With that being said I don’t want to see ANYONE GET SCREWED OVER BY THESE LYING CAR SALESMAN! Due to this car she has almost been rear ended twice.

At first they were great. Helped me when I really needed it. After I got my car i would see Ryan and say hi and he would glare at me and act better than me.. their mechanic didnt fix the problem with my vehicle that they said they would cover now I have to pay to fix it after it was part of our agreement that they would cover it if we got the vehicle. The lady that takes the payments is extremely rude. Now I have another problem and Im gonna have to cover to fix that as well myself. They have used high mileage vehicles that are over priced. I will never buy another car from them ever again.

Bought a car here and have had problems ever since. There were things missing from the car like things for changing the tire. They lied to us about just needing a new battery, turns out it had a short that cost $300 bucks to fix. The radio broke a week after buying and heat stopped working a few weeks after that. Now we have all the lights on the dash flashing at us and are just going to cut our losses and sell the thing after having put $1200 into a $5000 dollar car. Never buy a car here!

I highly suggest not purchasing a vehicle from these guys, and if you do be careful. When I bought a vehicle they were great, but I thought it was odd that the sales guy went home for the day while I was out on a test drive and the secretary hadto call him for the price of the vehicle and do the contract.After this I drove the vehicle for a few weeks then came across engine problems, I took the car to them that day and they had me take it to there tech, after leaving my car over night the tech assured me that nothing was wrong, later I noticed that he didnt drive it at all via my milage. So when the problems got worse no more than a week later I took the car back and asked to exchange since there tech told me that nothing was wrong.The owner chipped in and started arguing that he was loosing money on the deal and argued with the sales guy right in front of me as if i wasnt there. Finally he acknowledged my existence and stated that they would get back to me, two days later I returned my car, and the owner threatened to sue me to my face!Look make your own decision when buying a car, use this or dont I am just trying to save you from a company that really cares about nothing except money, and I get it, its a business, but doing the right thing would have kept me as customer for years to come.

Was looking for a suv to travel out of state with my special needs child to the childrens hospital in Utah. Looked around test drove this buick. Everything seemed fine. Drove it home to Rexburg after paying $3000 down while they offered me to pay the other $1000 without interest if paid within 2 weeks. Awesome!!!. So drove it home. It ran great. Took it to my mechanic who found some small issues. Nothing to terrible. Had to buy all for tires. 500 bucks. 2 weeks went buy, car was running great. Paid off the other $1000. Talked to Mark about getting the little fixed. He gave me the number to his mechanic. ( the number i called, no one answers or returns the calls). On my way back to rexburg the engine started cutting out. Take it straight to my mechanic who also found a antifreeze leak and oil leak. Lower intake manifold gasket, serpentine belt, and multiple hoses were falling off. Along with the map sensor. 850 bucks. Get it back from the mechanic had to go to utah so drove around town for a couple days make sure it was fixed and it seemed to be running fine. Head to salt lake. Stopped in ogden to see family and have dinner. Car overheats and dies. Take it to hertz to get fixed. Water pump and thermostat. 350 bucks. Go to salt lake. Ran fine. Come home to rexburg overheats again. Take it back to my mechanic more busted hoses. 150 bucks. Decide im taking it to the dealership to raise hell after ignored phone calls. And car overheats on my way there. Tow truck. 260. Mechanic 150. For another radiator hose. Over 6000 bucks for a car i still cant drive and its not covered under then lemon law!!!Not only am i out that money but i have to buy another car and these guys cant even answer a phone or return a phone call or try to make it right.My bad for not having someone look at the car before i purchased it but shame on them for not making it right. Even if they took what we paid for this an applied it to a decent car i would have been happy. I would have had someone look at it first this time.These guys are crooks and thieves. I will never recommend this place. Just keep driving!!!
