Very Slow response. Not many options and options available were way more than most other companies.

A few months back I got a flat tire while driving in town with my wife and kids. I had just started trying to change my tire with the FisherPrice toy jack that came with our minivan when Jory pulled over to help. He quickly ran to his own house, got his awesome, manly, easy to use jack and came back to help me. When I later found out he sells insurance for State Farm I figured I would give him a chance to earn my business. He helped me review my current coverage with another carrier and gave me honest advice. State Farm couldnt beat my current premiums but I will check with him every time anything changes in the future. He is honest, professional, super nice, and not pushy. Great guy!

Jory’s office somehow allowed my insurance to laps for a month. Not just one policy, all of them... my truck, 2 motorcycles, a snowmobile and renters insurance. No phone call, no email and no letter.

I went to this agency after moving back to Idaho Falls and they were always so amazing.

They are nice people, the Problem is they arent good at communication or organization, I am very displeased with them. I have been with them only 4ish months and have had problems ever since. I do not recommend them unless you dont mind unorganization & poor communication skills between the employees. They might be cheaper but they arent worth the hassle or headache..
