Well, I guess you can neve plan on an accident - I had a water damage issue at my residence in Swan Valley, and reached out to Nate Blanchard at State Farm (Have had State Farm for 41 yrs btw) Nate assured me that everything would work out just fine - They made arrangements for Tobin Restoration to come in and assess the damage to the hardwood floor, and they immediately brought in their equipment to mitigate any further damage, and were actually able to salvage the floors w/o requiring any replacement at all. Nate and Phil were great to work w/ and took a load off my shoulders.

Nate and his staff are so great and easy to work with. I know that every time I call with a question or to add/update my insurance that they are on top of it and get things done in timely manner. State Farm went above and beyond the call of duty for me and my son. We went up off roading in the hills near the Comore Loma neighborhood of Idaho Falls during late March. We encountered an area of mud and snow that I misjudged the safety of. Even though my truck has 4WD, a six-inch lift and over-sized mud tires, we got stuck. My first thought was to call for roadside assistance, and having done so we were told that our roadside coverage would not cover us, because we were too far from a main road (about 2,000 feet). At that point the agent suggested they could handle the situation as a vehicle recovery claim. Well, it turns out that is not actually a thing, but the short version is that State Farm still honored their word. They ended up paying out a $2700 claim for an offroad towing service to come all the way from Pocatello and winch my truck out of the mud. Keep in mind this situation was not covered by my policy, BUT THEY DID IT ANYWAY! This tremendous service has just guaranteed that I will be a State Farm customer for the rest of my life, and you should be one too. My only regret is that I cant rate Nate and his team a hundred stars instead of just 5. AWESOME WORK GUYS!!!

Such a great office. Not only are my insurance needs met but I have a great time meeting with the staff. Nate does such a great job and you can tell that he really appreciates his customers and knows them by name. Everyone does their job well and you cant beat a company like State Farm.
