Rocky was fabulous! He met us after hours to.give us parts for our dryer. He was very kind and professional.

Our washer broke last night at 6pm, contacted Nicks at 10 am today and Rocky was at our house by 11:30 and replaced the pump and belt and we were back washing by noon! Excellent service.

Very knowledgeable with what they do. It can be a little tricky finding their place of business. The entrance is on the south side of the building, through the door on the left of Daves Bike Shop. Very helpful with helping me diagnose an issue with my gas dryer.

Really a good company. We had them out to repair a washer. The tech came out and fixed it really fast, the only downside was the cost of a five minute repair. We called them again about repairing a kenmore, they dont work on those so we had to find someone else.

Excellent service. I called on New Years day and even though his office was closed, he asked what I needed. When I told him I needed an inlet valve to fix my washer he said he had one on hand. We made arrangements to meet at my house and within 5 minutes he was there with the exact part I needed.I had my washer up and running within 30 minutes.Very grateful for Nicks assistance!

Great service I called yesterday (Friday) and they said they would try and get here on Saturday. Rocky called Saturday morning and asked if we were available for him to come out. He fixed our 1 1/2 year old Kenmore dryer in about 30 minutes. $138.00 parts and labor. Thank you very much.

The best place to go for any appliance repairs

Called Rocky this morning for a refrigerator that was not getting cold. He came right over and solved the problem. Repair cost was extremely fair. Great guy. Highly recommended.

They were the only ones around that had the part on hand that I needed for my washing machine. They were very friendly and helpful. Their place is accessable on the south side of the building where the parking lot is next to Dave Bike Shop. Dont expect a fancy show room but what their place lacks in fanciness it makes up for in inventory.

Dryer started squeaking so I stopped by to see about getting it fixed. In 30 minutes he had come to my house with the correct part and had the squeak stopped! Fast, friendly and very good at repairs.

Interesting little place, but they where able to fix my microwave the same day which really helped me out as my microwave is built in and matches all other appliances in my kitchen. I was unable to find a new replacement that matched. Friendly and helpful.

Returned my call in a timely manner. Rocky came over and quickly diagnosed my washing machine problem took care of it and was gone within 45 minutes nice and friendly and very reasonable. I was expecting a costly endeavor and it wasnt. I would recommend them to everyone!

I searched all over for a part for my dryer. He was the only one that had a used part. Pricing was fair and he threw in an extra item at no charge. He was open on Saturday and quick to answer the phone. He has a ton of spare appliance parts in his shop but shop was kind of hard to find.

If they dont have a new part they look for a salvaged part or one can ask for a salvaged part theyre cheaper.

Another company said they would be 9 days before they could come. Rocky came 2 hours after calling him on a Saturday and had our washing maching running again. Very friendly and professional. Will call him again for all our appliance needs
