Took a speaker to Tom that needing repaired and Tom informed me that the repair would cost more then the speaker is worth. He guided me on a few options for replacement and gave me an excellent education in my electronics setup. Very professional and very knowledgeable, definitely going to return in the future. Contacted HutchAmpMan about repairing a satellite radio receiver that had trouble connecting to antenna and while he was unable to repair due to the lack of parts available he suggested a couple of options and even took several photos so that he might be able to find parts from his sources at a later date.The really impressive thing is a few hours after my visit he called and let me know of a place he found that specializes in this type of repair so even after my no cost initial visit he was still working at trying to fix my unit.
