Bryan Colvin was our service technician, he was did an excellent job not only with the carpet but also with the cleaning of our tile grout. We run a busy dental office and it is a challenge to keep the grout looking nice, Bryan told us that he has a system that could bring it back to almost new, I was skeptical but absolutely happy with the outstanding results.
