The best I will give them is a 3 not the most professional they are not really organized and wasted my time working for them and when I talked to the boss or owner in his office he was nice but it looks bad when you have a bud light on your table at work Ive help run a company for years and we have a 5 star rating I think that of they werent nit picky and more organized they would definitely do better

Two days into owning our new home, the lift pump in our basement broke. Needless to say, we had a huge mess on our hands. Phoenix Restoration responded quickly and helped us through a difficult time. They did a wonderful job. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them!

My mother had an suv drive through her home. Glass, insulation, etc went throughout the place. We called Phoenix Restoration to clean it up. Each time we talked they were very nice and professional, yet had a good home-town feel. We had a couple of issues but they were remedied immediately. Their customer service is definitely the best.

Took them nearly 2 months to remediate mold in a back basement bedroom ceiling. I gave them permission to dispose of the bed mattress and frame, since water had dripped on it. They finally contacted me that they had completed the job so I came home from Kansas City where I had been staying.Phoenix Restoration had left sheet rock tracked thru out the carpeted basement up the carpeted stairs and out the front door in chunks. So much for bagging it so as not to contaminate! The moldy ceiling fan had not been touched- one flick of the switch and mold spores would be airborne. The chest of drawers was gone and a filthy HVac machine was still in the room running. When I called to get help they didn’t get back to me for three days!When I asked where the furniture was they told me it was in the warehouse with some other items I could go thru. When I went to look at said items, the solid wood chest of drawers was magically gone and I was told it had never come to the warehouse.Do NOT use this company! They do a horrible job, they lie to you and items disappear!
