I brought my truck in for a vibration, turns out the rear end was bad. They went above and beyond to do what they could to get my truck fixed and back to me asap because I was supposed to be leaving with the truck on a cross country trip. Great service and great work, I wouldnt have made it without them and I will for sure be a customer for life!!

J&R has repaired our family’s vehicles for several years and they have consistently provided great work at a good value. Even helped us locate alternative options for repair work outside their area of expertise.

I had some work done, about a month later they call me and tell me they were looking over my report and forgot to tell me that my ignition needed to be changed out, they could do it for 200$. The truth was the recall notification came out and they tried to scam me. I got it replaced for free from a reputable mechanic.

Needed an oil change before an unexpected trip and they got my car in right away.

Wonderful customer service. I was in town for an all day class, and my battery went dead from leaving the lights on. They were the closest repair shop, so I called them first. They came right over and got me up and running in the 15 degree weather. Thanks!
