Nick at Tri County Water Conditioning was on point. We purchased a EcoWater reverse osmosis filtration system along with a new faucet for the kitchen sink. Chris has done some maintenance work on my water softener and more recently Nick and Andy worked on plumbing repairs. I was in need of a bathroom counter/ sink installation. My neighbor recommended I check with Tri County Water Conditioning. They were at her home and agreed to stop over after they were done at her home. Within an hour they had an acceptable bid, to include picking up and delivering my sink and materials, plumbing it and disposal of the used materials. They offered to be out during the next couple of days, too! They came on time as promised and completed the job expertly. When shutting off the water in my lower level, Nick noticed that my water heater was leaking. I had been told to watch it previously by another service rep from another company. I looked and saw the damage and then asked for a quote and then when it could be scheduled. Nick coordinated the immediate delivery of a water heater by Bill. Nick and Andy installed it within a couple of hours and left with the old materials and no mess!! Outstanding service!! I would recommend them without hesitation!!

When the stay at home order due to COVID-19 pandemic placed our entire family at home 24/7, we know our 1 gallon jug refills of water from our local grocery store werent going to cut it any longer. We have high levels of arsenic in our well water and dont drink or cook with it. Tanya at Tri County Water was thorough in giving me our options and we decided to rent a water cooler from them. The water tastes great, the bi-weekly delivery is perfect and reliable, and were very happy with our decision to use Tri County Water. Highly recommend them for your water/water treatment needs.

Had a great experience with Tri County Water Conditioning to replace an aging water heater (through Costco program). They were a pleasure to work with prior to the installation with a straightforward on-site assessment for options and easy scheduling. Nick and Andy were very professional during the installation, and completed the job and cleanup in about 2 1/2 hours. Nick came out for a quick follow up to replace a part (new from the manufacturer), and was very thorough and fast with the installation. Very professional team that was a pleasure to work with.

Nick did an excellent job installing 🛠️ the water softener. Called ahead to advise he would be on time. The main thing I heard from Nick and his crew was Hello Patty... when they first arrived. Like we were best buds. I loved it. Plus this was the day MN broke our record ❄ low!! After the water softner was installed was faucets.One kitchen sink, two bathroom faucets and shower and tub faucet were installed. The hard water ruined everything!! Cant speak highly enough of this group. They are fantastic. Finally, a plumber who truly cares about its customers. We recently bought a home with EcoWater and AO Smith water systems in it. Several other larger plumbing companies in town have looked this stuff with nothing but question marks, and then just pushed us HARD to buy brand new equipment. The TriCounty team is different. They communicate super well, quickly, and they seem to actually care about diagnosing things before jumping to just replace it. I sure hope they keep this up.

Had a great experience working with Greg Huse. He explained the reverse osmosis process, let me taste the difference, and thoroughly explained how the installation process would work. Very happy with my reverse osmosis water treatment.

I connected with Tri County Water Conditioning through Costco as they were the EcoWater dealer in my area. I ended up getting a ERO 385 system thats installed downstairs in my utility room. They ran a water line to my refrigerator water dispenser and to my kitchen sink with a nicely matched EcoWater faucet next to my kitchen faucet (both brushed nickel). I love that we didnt need to install it below our kitchen sink with the filters and water tank taking all that space. The sales rep, Melissa, was great to work with. Not only was she able identify if our setup would work, but also pointed out some plumbing improvements we could do. We ended up adding plumbing work in addition with the RO system. The master plumber, Nick, added a cool looking dual hot/cold frost proof water faucet outside our house so we can fill up kiddie pools with nice warm water. Overall, the install of the new faucets and RO system was clean and Im very happy with the result. Thank you!

Tri County Water installers came between 8:30 and 9 a.m. as requested. Explained what I want it done and they explained their procedure. Carefully brought in the equipment and carefully removed the old equipment. Then they explained the operation and all that I had to do, they installed two bags of their product and one of my bags of salt the unit was regenerating, everything was put together well and updated. I signed the necessary documents and everything was cleaned up. The service and the product was excellent and I would recommend the company to others.

My good experience with Tri-County started with Greg, their salesperson. He was very helpful and informative in selecting the best system for my familys needs.Then came our new water softener and out went the old. All of which worked well and on-time.The water in our home has been softened to the level we would like. After several months of favorable results the water got hard. In talking to one of their technicians I was advised to break up any crusting of the salt in the tank. I did and the water was back to the level we wanted within a day or two.It seems that the salt consumption is considerably lower than my previous system.All in all, I am a happy customer. Thank you.

We have had Tri County Water deliver water to our office for over 18 years. They are affordable and their staff is wonderful to work with! The delivery guys are so efficient and courteous. Also, if we ever need anything, Tri County Water is quick to respond.

Like any other home, my requirement is very unique,Finished basement (so no easy access to the lines)We dont want the unit to be placed Under the kitchen sink.Kitchen faucet in the island, so there is a separation between Refrigerator inlet and Kitchen faucetWe want RO water for both at Refrigerator and FaucetMelissa was our sales contact through Costco. She explained in detail and based on my specific requirements, She consulted internally and sent their Master plumber for identifying the possibilities (instead of false promising me, thats a good gesture for sales personnel)Master plumber came for inspection and gave the possibilities.On the installation day, Nick & Andy, are our installers. They were very professional, if i can call it as White Glove Delivery for appliances/furniture, thats what they did for installation.I hope i dont need to call for service in future but if so, i wish Service personnel will keep the expectations set by the team set so far.BTW, eventhough we couldnt fish the line from Kitchen faucet, Im ok with RO water staying only with Refrigerator dispenser alone.

Tricounty water had been so generous to our church and youth group! We love working with them and their heart for people and helping our community! They have an amazing staff, they are organized, and they are easy to work with.

I purchased 3 filters and 3 o rings from Tri County water totaling 230.00. I installed them once i got home and a day later noticed a leak. I called Tri County and they told me its a know problem with the system i have that it starts to separate and leak. He said its shot and would need to be upgraded. The new system is 320.00.Now why would they sell me filters for a system they know has issues vs trying to get me to upgrade to the new reliable system for another 100.00? Im very disappointed that i wasnt mentioned this when purchasing filters or i would have done it. I now have 3 filters i cant return and they are telling me i need to upgrade. 230.00 + 320.00 = would you be happy?will not be returning.

The customer service was wonderful. Our sales guy was able to answer all of our questions and concerns we had. He knew the products inside and out. We have had our water softener for a week now and are loving it. It works wonderful and you can see the differnce with the dishes after they run in the dishwasher and feel the diffrence when you shower. I would highly recommend them as they were very professional to deal with.

We moved into our house about 9 years ago and were not pleased with the smell of our well water. Tri-County Water came and flushed our house, installed a really good water softener and a reverse osmosis system for our drinking water, then ran that through to our frig and ice-maker. Then they flushed all the garbage out of our pipes, and it made such an amazing difference. I cant recommend them enough.
