Air conditioner fan quit working during one of the hottest times of the summer. I called about a repair and was called back quickly. The repair person was out within 20 minutes. He was very cordial, efficient and effective. I couldnt be more pleased.

A big shout out to B & C Plumbing & Heating of Hutchinson MN. My air conditioner stopped working yesterday. I called them at 10:30am on Saturday and left a message asking if they could please look at my air conditioner today. The tech on call returned my call very quickly and arrived by 1:00 pm. My AC is fix and I am so pleased.

They came shortly after I called. Very polite. Found the problem in a short time.

Horrible bookkeeping skills. Refused me service unless payment was made first because my ex hadnt paid a bill when we split. It went to a collection agency. I paid it but it was never recorded. They made me do their work and call the agency to confirm it was paid. The agency was baffled at their lack of understanding that they had the ability to call and clear this up years ago. I would not recommend these bafoons to anyone

I was very pleased with the timely response, the diagnostics and the availability of parts. My only complaint (very small) was my cell phone number was given when the work order was being written up but the service technician did not receive it causing him to call a number with no answer.

I recently had a boiler installed by B&C and cannot overstate my satisfaction with the Company, products and most importantly the technicians. They arrived on time and wore protective covering on their shoes anytime they were in the home. The techs explained in detail what they were going to do and they went right to work. When the work was done the explained the operation of the new boiler and left the work area cleaner than when they arrived. The techs were courteous and meticulous about their work. About a week after the installation, the tech called me to make sure everything was working properly and asked if I had any questions. I would definitely recommend B&C to anyone in need of the services they provide. Great job!
