The employee was as helpful as he could be. We were able to get what we needed, but not necessarily what we wanted at that time. The employee informed us that what we wanted (certain color option) was not in store, but they could have ordered them for us. Also, none of the Google watches were in that store either, and they would have to be ordered as well.The problem was the required installment plans... if items needed to be ordered then installment (our monthly bill increases) plans were required in order to pay them off... we did not care for that option. Instead we decided to get the only options in store for phones regarding colors (smokey black?...) I wanted purple. We then were given advice from said employee to try best buy for watches and accessories since that AT&T corporate store did not have what we wanted in stock. Overall we were slightly satisfied. We each have a phone...Thank you!

Eric was attentive, efficient and knowledgeable. It was a busy Saturday so we expected to wait but once we were met with Eric the customer rep, it was evident that it was worth the wait. He is exceptional. The whole staff greeted each and every customer quickly and added them to the queue. Thank you!

SO disappointed in the Hurst store and with AT&T in general. We hold 19 accounts with you guys, for our business. Ive come up to the store and am lucky to even know the business representatives name, Gerald, even tho Ive spent MONTHS trying to schedule an appointment with him or even just get a phone call from him. Last week I was told (by Rickey) that Gerald was out of town but would contact me by Wednesday (yesterday, also never happened), but that I wasnt allowed to have any contact information for him, which I dont understand since hes our representative. I also dont understand why no one in the store can direct me or get a hold of Gerald. Lastly, I dont understand why its taken so long for me to receive a simple phone call. We will be changing services it this poor customer service continues.

Worst possible place to buy a phone, first I was going to purchase a phone and a tablet then they would not allow me to use the restroom, they made me go next door to a restaurant, when I came back the salesman is trying to get my credit card to pay for the items,when I asked him to see the items I noticed he only had one box and I said there are supposed to be 2 items, a phone and a tablet, he said we are out of tablets, so he was going to charge me for the phone and then he was going to let me know about the tablet, when I approached him with this concern, he said we can get it for you in few days. If I wanted the tablet in few days, I could get a better deal on line plus I needed that tablet that for work. Really bad service go somewhere else, I end up going with Verizon, excellent service at Verizon. And they do have restrooms for customers😮

The representatives were polite and nice but unfortunately could not resolve my issue. After spending 4hrs on phone with AT&T associates the prior day I still left the store with issues. Bringing my phone lines to AT&T should not have been a complex transaction. Somehow, my account was set-up with the wrong name tied to my social. The resolution provided was to wait 48hrs for any changes to be allowed on my account, since i am a new customer.

Went into the Rufe Snow store to get a new sim card, dude offered to help. Another gentleman came over and immediately said he knew what my phone was and they didnt have the sim. I asked if another store couldvhave it and he said he didnt know and if they didnt then id just have to search stores until somebody did.Thankfully I had time to go to this Melbourne store and was greeted and helped by Rickey. He was incredibly patient while I gathered the different passwords AT&T makes you keep up with, he stayed later than their hours to ensure my problem was solved tonight. Rickey was incredible and should be considered for a bonus or promotion. Very satisfied with my interaction today.

Purchased cases and glass screen protectors at the Hurst Corporate store on Black Friday 2019. Never thought we’d have to hang on to a receipt for two years after being told “it’s all on your account if you ever need it replaced”. Went through this with manager at Burleson corporate store who said he’d specifically document the issue so it wouldn’t happen again. Now that we’re trying to replace the glass screen protectors...suddenly they have no proof of the purchase, no notes from the Burleson manager in February 2020, and telling us we need to now buy them a second time!! Worst service I’ve ever experienced from ATT and a complete scam to make you purchase multiple times!!!

Be advised, if youre coming to the store to do something faster than doing it on the phone, dont. Store employees cant process cancellations without calling customer service. They also cant return phones purchased online. I sat for an hour to learn the last one tonight. I am sure there is a lot they cant do without calling someone else unless it involves increasing your bill or taking your money.Basically if you can take care of your business online or on the phone, dont bother coming to an AT&T company store. There is no one on the premises with authority to resolve issues any longer. You would just waste your time waiting to waste more time while they call someone else.To be fair, all store employees I interacted with were professional and courteous. They wanted to help me and were willing to jump through whatever hoops needed to be jumped through. This location is also diligent with current COVID protocols, I heard another employee ask a customer to pull his mask back up and every time someone left, the employee sanitized the seating area before going outside to get the next customer. This was reassuring and I havent experienced this kind of thoroughness anywhere.

These places are awful for tech support. Waited probably 30-40 minutes (not their fault. Came in on busy day without appointment). The entire time our associate was trying to upsell and focused less on fixing our issue of the mobile hotspot not working on iphone SE since it says call ATT. Well the website was useless and phone techs dont know whats happening, so we tried in person. The association could clearly see in our account that we had insurance & hot spot capability. But after 15 minutes scrolling through phone said that he cant do anything about it since allegedly we were not an authorized user even though he saw we had hotspot viable plan and couldnt help us. Didnt even offer to call tech support for us. When I worked at RadioShack in the past, we were expected to follow thru and get on customer support line to support our customers. ATT doesnt care about their customers if they arent there to buy something, just brush the problem off to someone else. Definitely do not suggest anyone to ever go to this place.

We always dread when we have to buy new phones. It always takes forever, you never know what you are actually signing up for and you walk out feeling like you got beat up. However, this time we had Cyruss and it was the best experience. He helped us get 4 phones on 3 different accounts with one of them being a business phone. He went above and beyond for us with setting up our phones, putting screen protectors on and making sure everything transferred properly. His customer service was top notch, he had to deal with three ladies getting confused about everything and made sure we had the best deal for each of us. We Would absolutely request him next time we need to upgrade our phones.

I have never had such outstanding customer service as I received today with Cyruss at the Hurst ATT service center. This man gave up his lunch to help me. Not only that, but he took his time, he didnt rush me out so he could go to lunch. He then continues to help me by offering other services and explaining them...in detail!. You have quite an asset on your team and ATT is lucky to have him.

The manager Maria had the absolute WORSE customer service. She placed her hand up as if I had a disease then proceeded to tell me that she could not help me unless I was 6ft away but when I opted to speak with the other manager Michael on duty, she was very close and personal with the other customer that walked into the door behind me. I understand that we’re in a pandemic but delivery is everything! If she’s afraid to catch COVID you should find another industry and DEFINITELY should not be leading a team.Now they have me waiting in my car to be called, when there’s ample amount of room for me to wait without being 6 ft close to anyone. There’s only 3 customers in the store.I’ll never recommend AT&T to anytime else and I plan on canceling my UVERSE, cell and business accounts and going back to T-Mobile.

The sales person was rude, condescending and pushy. He kept adjusting my plan so as to make it cost more. I had to constantly remind him that all i wanted was a phone. Even after i said im not interested he wasted my time demoing a tv, the iwatch, ect. He would bark short, harsh rude answers to my questions and even bugged his eyes out at me in an intimidating manner several times. He was very curt with me. I almost walked out the store. I wish i had his name....

I recently married and became the patron of 130 member family. The majority of my new family had AT&T...until this last weekend.So why the one star rating? I personally have had T-mobile for over 15 years and had very good service. I am a veteran and get a good discount for that no other provider can give...I pay approximately $25 a month per phone line for a full data plan. So I went to switch over my wife from AT&T ( $200 bill just for her!). It took two weeks and over 29 employees to get her off AT&T. She had no contract and I paid her phone off. But no AT&T employee wanted to help us after that. They wouldnt unlock her phone even though we paid for it to be unlocked. Then another employee said he would unlock again it for a extra fee of $110. No way! RIP OFF!!!The day it was unlocked and turned onto my T-mobile account, her phone locked up and she has had a bad phone ever since. She thought it was T-mobile...but its AT&T. AT&T basically unlocked it and filled it with junk so its useless.Even a hard memory wipe did no good. The phone repair guy said that AT&T does this alot when they lose customers. I get really good reception with my phone anywhere and never have problems with it. We both have the same kind of phones, Samsung S10.So....here is what Im going to do AT&T. Your losing 130 people...thats about $20,000 per month from them. As patron of my family, I make the financial decions, as well as pay the overall bills for all 130 people. That is cellular and internet. My wifes immediate 4-person family spent $800 a month on your cellular plan and as of now they only pay $175 for the same service. Of course I shelled out another $900 for a new phone for my wife...and it works perfectly fine on T-mobile.DO NOT GO TO AT&T...BAD SERVICE!

Incredibly pushy about plan upgrades, accessories, apple watches etc.came in for a quick upgrade and every time the associate would walk to the table he had more boxes in his hands of things he was trying to sell to my 80 year old grandmother. This was during and after she had told him that she was perfectly happy with the current service she was paying for. She’s been a customer of the company for 20+ years and your associates could not respect that. Even after purchasing my phone the associate kept it in his hand and walked across the store to try to sell me what was basically a roku/ smart tv attachment for 60 dollars a month.Associates take advantage of politeness and see it as weakness preying on old folks/ non tech savvy individuals that must make in store purchases while counting on “soft no’s” and ignoring social cues.

Nice store and the staff is always friendly but they are always short on understaffed in my opinion. We checked in and were still waiting 20 minutes later. Visited on 12/23 and only 3 people working. The selection of phones was also lacking. We went over to Best Buy after 24 minutes of no service and they had at least twice the number of phones available for AT&T and had much better deals on some of them.

Signed in for appointment 2 days in advance for opening time. Arrived and went in as doors opened. Had to wait 45 minutes for walk-ins ahead of me. Sales person irritated at my lack of tech savvy and questions. After I paid in full for my new IPhone11, sales person said he needed to go to other customers after 20 minutes. He didn’t even show me how to open it saying just play with it to learn. The manager showed me how to open the #11 as I upgraded from a 5c. Will NOT go back to this unfriendly, “not service-oriented” store.

Kevin was a great help! I hated having to cancel the awesome deal he was showing us. We were trying to swap a phone over from another carrier to help out my son but the phone on the other carrier was too new for it to port over. This store sold me a phone on Mothers Day....my ATT phone had crashed due to the mechanics of the phone....the guy who sold me phone told me recovering my data would need to be done at Google...Im like WHAT? Long story short I am now calling cell phone shops trying to get help and came across a store near to this ATT...owner is awfully rude and told me how ATT sends loads of business his way...OMG...Im a disabled senior and this store owner and ATT has me about to have a heart attack.

UDPATE Apr-2019: Dropped a star. Went in Mar-30 following issues with our Internet install. The service representative gave me incorrect information about our new Internet service; stating that it could not be bundled & would cost us more than what was originally offered, and could not provide the Fiber service as was sold to me. I called AT&T Cancellations # today, they refuted this information and established the correct service plan and price. Disappointing that the Corporate location rep *confidently* and somewhat condescendingly gave the wrong information and acted as though I was the one trying to deceive him.PREVIOUS: Overall good corporate store location, weve been coming here on occasion for several years, and service has been consistently fast & friendly. Went in today to add a line to our old plan which was completed faster than expected. The rep was very knowledgeable and also recommended a plan that saves money while offering a bit more than our old plan. Occasionally the wait times can stack up, and on occasion their service system has had some trouble which slows down the process. Well keep coming back.

Went to the key house to pay my phone bill it took my $100 and they gave me receipt back and didnt pay my phone bill. So I took the receipt to the people working there and they did not have any idea what to do. Finally a gentleman to help me pay my bill but was not very friendly. I wish the key horse was working its quicker and more friendlier than any the people at AT&T.

What I am going to say is in regards to AT&T customer service it is by far the worst of experience yet I have been lied to several times by both management and customer loyalty and retention needless to say Im not a happy AT&T customer and will be moving on to another Carrier the phone services great the signal is great however customer service is the worst Ive ever seen

Waited over 20 minutes while the employee went to check and see if any other store had the phone I wanted in stock, when the door opened he was laughing with another employee not on the computer at all checking for me. His name was Eric. Horrible customer service.
