First class laundromat. Clean, reasonable and opens exactly at 7am. I use to come here and sit in a sunny spot up front and study when I was in college. Peaceful place.

Clean. Affordable. Helpful staff. Renovated. $1.75-3.25 to wash/.25cent to dry. They take wash card, quarters, & wifi pay debit/credit cards [I believe swiping as well]. Also, provide drop off service which is about $1-2 depending on load size + washer fees.

Excellent Laundry Facility!The attendants are very friendly, honest, helpful and take pride in keeping everything clean.Having the credit card system on the machines are easy to use and so convenient.Prices are great for the machines.there are a variety of sizes of machines for the needs of customers and they are clean (no residue from the soaps) which is wonderful!When in the area, this will get my service every time.

This place was recently remodeled, and it is amazing. They have a washing machine that can fit up to 8 loads! the best part is you can pay by debit card, so no more dropping n change everywhere.

I would like to tell you about this young lady Kasandra. She will always help me out when the washers are acting up. She is kind And attended to others.

They close at 9:30pm. Great laundry mat. Newer, extremely clean establishment. Washing machines & dryers both take quarters, credit cards & prepaid cards (see pics).

Very clean facility, all the machines take debit/credit, dryers are 25 cents for 27 minutes, brightly lit, all machines are clean and in working order, always an attendant on site. Very nice!

Giving this place 2 stars due to the past employees and reasonable price for their wash and fold service. Unfortunately I can’t keep ruining my shirts at this place. I let the first 2 shirts go, but the last wash had yielded 3 affected clothing and the owner said it was my fault. I messaged their link directly before making this post, and I was told the machines are not at are working fine. I worked at an insurance company dealing with appliances, and I recognize this stains to be oil. I will no longer be doing business since no responsibility was taken for the damage done to my clothing.

This is the best laundrymat around. The machines are all new. They accept cards, quarters, ApplePay, and GooglePay. They have multiple settings: hot, cold, warm, extra wash, extra rinse, and gentle cycle. The machines are front loaders. The dryers are 25 cents for 18 minutes. The jumbo dryers are the same cost as the regular size. They also have staff around to help you should you need it. There are multiple TVs to watch plus vending machines.

I hate washing and folding sheets so I checked this place out for the wash and fold service. The place was very clean, spotless actually. Friendly staff when I dropped off and picked up and for $1 per pound, definitely worth it. Ill be back.

The last time I came here years ago, it was not pleasant. The place must have been redone! Its clean, and everything works well. Theres a nice lady in staff all the time also.

$0.25 to dry for 20 minutes. Dbl(2) load washers start @1.75. The highest multi-load washer is $3.75, I believe. Clean & highly affordable.

I really like this place. It has 8 loads machine along with small machines. It saves alot of time. Clean place, dryers are only $0.25 and gives you 18 mins. Machines also take credit card so you dont need to look for coins.

Second Lone Star location I have visited to do my laundry. Clean all machines working and someone on site. The owner should expand to Grapevine and replace the horrible Jiffy Wash near me.

This place was great when it first opened. Idk what happened but they have seriously gone down hill. Especially in their customer service. We use the bundle service frequently. Usually it is very fast and they have it done same day, if not first thing in the morning. and when I went to drop off today I was informed it would be over 24 hours before I could even consider picking my clothes up. The employee was extremely rude and literally told me if I didnt like it I could leave. I was dumbfounded. I honestly didnt believe he was serious. We have also had clothes stained here recently. We will take our business elsewhere.

When it first opened it was really clean now its not as clean as the one I used to go to but the location is pretty good.After the response from the owner id like to add that I always go during the week usually in the morning, I try to avoid the busy hours. I often see staff members sitting around. The girl who is usually there when I go does work pretty hard, if she isnt there I can tell the difference.

I been coming here for awhile now place is clean,they have TV,music,security cameras,free wifi,brand new machines,bill changer,charge card for machines or you can also use your on bankcard/credit card on the machines.I been to the other wash up the street I had to put in over a dollar just to dry my clothes and I didnt even have much to dry at Lone Star it only takes me .50 cents to dry the same amount of clothes.Owner is super friendly,they offer bundle services,staff on duty,vending machines as well as laundry detergents for sale.I can go laundry mats closer to me but I enjoy the free wifi,atmosphere and the people that come to the laundry mat at Lone Star been pretty decent had no issues with the other customers.As with using your washer or dryer at home look inside it for any fallen items from a previous use that may have fallen out,items that might stain,cut and ruin your clothes.With anything else many people use these machines so use at your own risk.Be nice if they could put one of those lotto machines in so I could just purchase my lottery tickets and scratch offs there.

Worst experience ever. I only go to the laundry mat when I absolutely have to. Today was one of those days. My washer stopped draining mid wash and I needed to get the clothes washed because were moving soon. We decided to go here because it’s up the street from us. Paid $6 for a large washer. Everything seemed fine. Went to put the clothes in the dryer and noticed an orange rusty stain on a white towel. Just brushed it off thinking we stained it at home. Let the clothes go through a complete dry cycle. Went to fold them and quickly discovered the rust colored stain was ALL OVER MY CLOTHES. Jeans, shirts, towels, a solid white dress. You name it, it’s stained. We went through it all looking for a marker or something that would cause it, nothing. I went to talk to the lady that was working about it, she went over to the washer, dug through someone else’s laundry that used the washer after me and said that because she didn’t see anything there’s nothing she could do for me.This is ridiculous and unprofessional and we will not be returning ever. I don’t care how far I have to drive to a different mat. All of my clothes from that load are now ruined. We spent $25-$30 in there just now just to have to replace $200+ worth of items.Thanks for that.... if I could give it zero stars I would...

They just remodeled the place and put in brand new units. However, one of the washers I was using stopped working halfway through the cycle. The attendant said “This one’s been doing this off and on but it was working...”If you’re having trouble with a machine, take it out of service until you solve the problem before your customers waste detergent, softener, and time at your establishment.The management did provide me with a card to cover the cost of my laundry on a return trip. Kudos for taking care of your customers after a mishap.
