Theres a lady in there she does your clothes for you and does a really good job just askfor Vicky

Every time i go there is no hot water. And other people takes your clothes out of the washer or dryer so you will end up loosing something. This last time i went my work uniform came up missing

The owner does not care about this establishment only the money it collects. Most of the machines are not working. The tinted windows makes the place feel unsafe. Theres never an attendant and if you call the number posted on the wall no one will answer.

I love the half price in the mornings from 6am-9am.

Its a clean and very well kept place to do your laundry...will definitely come back...

Washing machine had 25minutes on it, no water came out for the first 10minutes and i even paid extra just for hot water.. Nobody that works here to help, called phone number and that did nothing. Clothes didnt get fully clean and wasted my money and time.

Went to laundry butlers yesterday afternoon and they delivered it to my placr the next day around they same time! Great service and price!

The laundry mat Is clean, quiet and affordable .. if you come before 9 in the morning on weekdays except Friday you will get 50% of all washers. I would definitely recommend if you want to do a ton of Laundry for cheap!!

February 10, 2020. This laundromats was to open @ 6AM! did not open! on till 7am!I need coins for the machine, put in $5 doars and got back $1.50! and the coin machine was out of coins . no one was around, so. I called the phone number and left a message, so far no response.I want MY MONEY BACK!!!

Updated review. The delivery service is handy I will comment on quality once worn. The customer service is top notch. Their conflict resolution is superb showing they care about the customer, treating them fairly, and their brand reputation. Ill definitely do business with this location again. Nothing is more valuable than dealing with folks who have integrity.

I had never seen such dark, dirty, outdated and poor maintenance, unattended laundry place. A customer lost 2.00 while I was loading and thought where is the owner?. When I think Laundry Butlers Im thinking cleanliness, bright lights, all machines are update and working, machines that are not functionable replaced with one that works and a floor that is presentable. The dark tinted windows felt like we were entering a Haunted place although there is light says OPEN. This place will not have my business again.

A few weeks ago, we arrived home late from a long trip and we had a one day turnaround prior to leaving again. Michelle personally picked up our laundry at 10:00 in the evening and returned it the next day. They have never disappointed us.At first we were concerned about switching to The Laundry Butler because they did not not have a bricks and mortar store front, but the service they offer has far exceeded anything we have ever experienced with a dry cleaner that has a store front and just happens to do home delivery. No attendant no restroom,no vending machines that work neither does the pop machine and if I could rate this @ ZERO .the coin changer dont work so I had to walk around to get $5 worth of quarters they wouldnt give me a roll of $10 worth of quarters it was horrible experience for me. SO I RATE IT WITH AN

Their Dry cleaning service, Laundry and Wash&Fold is the best in town. I did my laundry at Hurst location, looks like their washers are brand new and I liked their huuuge dryer.. able to dry all my clothes in one load!!!

My wife and I were in the DFW area this past summer and we tried the dry clean service at Laundry Butlers. The prices were very affordable, the quality was top-notch, and they even picked up and delivered for free! I travel a lot for work and I invested hard-earned money on my formal business attire, and not all places offer the same care and attention to detail. Now I know where to go the next time I am in the DFW area.

If I could get a zero star i would this place is ran down to the ground. Im pretty sure a crackhead was using the bench as her home when I went in there today I amediately turned around and walk out. Nasty place. Dont go.

How inconvenient!!! I went in to change $5 on a machine and then wen i put the 5 on the washer it stole 50 cents so i was unable to wash my laundry bc i didnt have spare coins. I normally dont carry cash and there in no one on sight they leave a phone number and thats it.

Very upset about my clothes that Laundry Butlers did only to get lint bugs in all of my clothes, towels, sheets. If you never heard of lint bugs you sure dont want them they look like a piece of lint but the are bugs inside of the lint and when you put your clothes on you will know when you have been bitten because it stings and leave little pimples. My home has been ruined due to this we have clothes that are still in the cleaning bags they came in but dare put them on for fear of being bit it has totally ruined our house. And we paid over 300 dollars to get these lint bugs it has been a living HELL to the point of throwing all clothes done by them in the trash to get rid of the LINT BUGS NEVER SAW ANYTHING LIKE THIS IN MY 57 YRS. I DONT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. CAROL CROSSLEY
