This company bought another company we were doing business with. They dont seem to know which way is up. The shred people show up when they want to. One driver told me he didnt know when they would be back because he was the only driver. After cancelling my account they produce two invoices they say are past due. We were on auto pay. They should have simply ran my credit card. My entire experience with them has been shady.
