I had a quick easy experience at this location. The gentleman behind the counter was friendly, and knowledgeable. I had questions about upcoming shipments I needed to send out. The info was helpful. There was a customer with multiple shipments being processed, even with that I was back on the road in 5 minutes. In 6 hours time my out going packages had already been directed through Nashville, and are on track to make it a day earlier than originally quoted.
This location is always so helpful. They can always answer my questions, assist me with my returns, and treat me nice. Theyll always have my business. And before anyone wonders if im a fake reviewer just know Im an average Jane just like any other

Great employees! Super Friendly and quick service!!! I am pleased to do business here any time I need to ship something, with a kid away at college that can be often, and they make Amazon Prime returns a breeze with the return bar code on the Amazon app! The location is very convenient and there is plenty of easy parking with a well lit lot in the evenings. Thanks UPS for providing this service. Godspeed to all the deliverymen and women. KF ; )

Ive always had excellent service at this UPS store location. I couldnt have asked for better service than I was provided with this morning as I dropped off 6 boxes for shipping. Jessie was very helpful, efficient, and professional. He deserves recognition for a job well done.
I used to love this store last week. I paid extra to express mail a letter on Monday that was critical to arrive by Thursday, Friday at the latest. It was supposed to arrive by Wednesday. When the letter did not arrive by Thursday I tracked the letter and it was still in pre-shipment (it should have arrived by then!). I have reached out to management Thurs and left my number. I never received a return call. I reached out again today and still no return call or response.I have no Idea if the letter has even gone out yet because I am not receiving a return call. Tracking says it is STILL in pre-shipment. In the meantime that letter not arriving has created many unfortunate consequences. I paid for the letter to arrive by Wednesday to avoid this. I am beyond disappointed by the unprofessionism and the lack of communication. I would think twice before trusting them with important mail!

We had an xfinity equipment to return and an amazon return. They handled it wonderfully. Specifically, Laneishia was very helpful.
Rudest and most unprofessional location....i had thought a little higher of UPS until today. If it werent free (through amazon) i wouldnt have wasted my time. Definitely wont spend a dime there in the future.

I lost $50 on a what should have been overnight shipping but the manager made a mistake. She admitted to the mistake later but still refused to refund any amount or get me in touch with her superior. Will never go back I do not know how they are still in business
If I could give a negative 100 or 0 rating, I would . On today I had the worst experience from the most unprofessional clerks in my over 20 years of doing business with UPS. On Friday 1/10/2020 at 4:04 pm, I drop a package off at this store to be returned. I gave the counter clerk my return shipping label from the company the package was being returned, she printed the label and gave me a receipt with the correct return information. On Monday, 1/13/2020 approximately between 1:45 -2 PM the same package that I dropped off returned to me with no return shipping label on it. I called the store to explain what happened and asked the clerk if I would have to pay a 2nd time since it was a mistake on UPS. She said if I want to ship it I would. I again explained I have a receipt for the original return tracking number that was given when I dropped the package off. She then said the company that I shipped to refused the package and it was returned to me. Remember I dropped it off at 4:00 pm on Friday and it returned to me early afternoon on Monday. The package was being returned to NJ. I was hung up on by the 2nd person. They refused to admit they made a mistake and kept telling me I need a return shipping label and I tried repeatedly to explain that is what I gave the clerk on Friday and I had the receipt to prove it. She never owned the fact they made a mistake. They were very unprofessional, very rude, uncaring, argumentative, and I was hung up on twice. They refused to direct me to a supervisor or give any other contact information. Ive never experience such service from any public place. They both understood exactly what I was saying but refused to accept responsibility. I will never go to that store again and will tell everyone that I know to not go there. I went to another store to ship my package. That service rated a minus 100. Very unprofessional, rude people. I dont have a name but they were there when I called at 2:19 pm central time on Monday.

Buyer beware! Many extra fees that were not disclosed until my boxes were taped shut with the labels on them. When the numbers they did quote me didnt add up, I questioned the amount. Then, the amounts they quoted for the nondisclosed fees were not the same as the amount charged on my receipt. The employee who answered my questions was extremely rude and insolent. Save yourself some trouble and go directly to UPS. I will never go to this store again!
I have been there to ship pre-labeled packages, and Amazon returns. The times I have been there I have had nothing but excellent service, by friendly staff. Also my items have made it back to Amazon and my shipments have made it to their destination.
Horrible customer service.
3pm on a Sat and not open. Sign at the door says until 4PM.
