I had a wonderful experience with this company. I called them out because I brought something into my home with cockroaches and didnt want things to get out of hand. Mr. Wayne showed up on time and checked us out for problems and suggested we do a spray and see if that covers it. He made us feel much better about what was going on and he was extremely friendly and personable.As a bonus, I saw some bats coming from the home the night before he showed up and he went into the attic with me to check for issues. It is so nice when the person who shows up to help at your house knows what they are doing!

Stephen is an awesome tech. He always arrives on time. Always calls and lets me know if he will be a little late, which is rare. He is very knowledgeable and efficient in his job and helpful to our tenants with advice on being pest free. Always professional and friendly.Patty JonesManager

This is a great post control service. I have used their annual termite service for a few years and their team has been great.

This was a great company. They were one of the only ones that offer a repair bond. Most other companies only offer to retreat if you end up getting termites, knox will repair anything that gets damaged while under contract with them. I think that shows how confident they are in their treatment. The people I came in contact with were always friendly and helpful. Donna who answers the phone has always been able to answer my questions or find someone that could if she couldnt. We moved out of state so dont use them anymore but I would recommend them to anyone looking for pest control in huntsville

I had another service that wouldnt provide quarterly service but Knox does. When I called I talked to Stephen and he assured me that quarterly service was OK and he came out the next day. Ive been using Stephan for a year now and Im very happy with Knox and Stephens service.
