Easiest rental ever! Chris was prompt and courteous when I was first inquiring about bounce house. He made everything so simple on my end, which when you are throwing a party youll take it where you can get it! Delivery driver was just as well mannered as he was. The kids had such a blast!! We are beyond pleased with our experience. Chris is hardworking and communicates with his customers very well. He was on top of it all even during a busy labor day weekend and rain storm. He cleaned the bounce house twice due to covid and gave us all the details we needed to have a great event. We will definitely be using his company again.

I would 100% recommend and am going to be using them again!Great Customer Service, very professional with appointment times and prompt. Set up was so easy, Chris & Christopher were so nice and friendly.The jump house was cleaned twice before they brought it, and they even went in and sprayed and wiped it down again before they left. So clean!Chris checked in with me over the weekend (I had it 3 days), he made sure everything was going well and made himself available for any needs I may have had.A+!!

I am a bit late on my review because after the busy weekend of my daughters birthday I was still going non stop but Jump Around Moonwalks was not something that I had to worry about. From set up, to tear down and even in between they were nothing but helpful. We had the sister bounce for the whole weekend and they kept in constant contact to make sure there were no issues that needed resolved. Kids and adults alike got to enjoy that weekend thanks to Jump Around. 5 stars for product and customer service. I wouldnt dream of renting from someone else.
