These guys were amazing! They even came and setup early, and let us keep it longer without any extra charge. I prefer small business to large ones, and this one is the best out there. We ended up initially booking through another company but panicked once communication was poor as we wanted to have a great birthday party for our two kids. Rocket City Rentals came through and they were amazing. We rented Fire-n-Ice and it was an awesome water slide. This was our first time using any rental service like this and Rocket City Party Rentals set the bar really high! They came and set up the night before and then, the morning of the party, they came out to blow it up and make sure there were no issues. The guys came at 2:00p.m. for our 4 p.m event. They were courteous, on time, and setup everything as needed. They cleaned the equipment (literally in front of me) as promised which is rare in the party rental business. It was hot but they were efficient in getting everything done early prior to our event and pickup was also a breeze. I’m happy I chose them for our party rental needs.

I rented the Emerald Water Slide for my daughters Sweet 16 Backyard Bash on June 13th. The set-up team arrived on time and disinfected the slide and left instructions for us to follow. I highly recommend this company for your inflatable rental needs. This is the 2nd time we have rented inflatables from them and they have gone above and beyond both times. We rented a water slide for a 4th of July gathering and I must say that it was a HIT with the kids (both little and big). The guys that came out and did the set up were nice and thoughtful of the yard. Same with the pick-up. It had rained some before the pickup and they were thoughtful enough not to drive through the yard to pick up the slide. So I am very appreciative of the thoughtfulness and professionalism in those areas.However, I reserved the slide from 12-6. They showed up over 2 hours late. I received a call at 12:07 and the driver informed me that they would be about 30-45 minutes late. Instead it was after 2:00 when they showed. When I tried to contact the driver to get an updated ETA, no answer. When I called the number that I had been receiving texts from about reserving the slide, no answer. When I texted the numbers, no response. That aspect of the rental was EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING. Since the slide was delivered late they did leave it longer which was sort of okay but it was left in our yard from Monday - Wednesday (remember it was a 6 hour rental). We had no use for it after Monday though. All in all it was a reasonably good experience. I would consider renting from them again. I understand that things happen but its important to me to be kept in the loop.

What a fantastic service. We had the last minute idea to get a bounce house for a birthday party. (Day before the party last minute!) An online reservation wasnt available due to my poor timing but a call to the office and they were more than happy to accommodate. The set-up took 10 minutes and the bounce house looked brand new it was so clean. Very friendly and efficient from start to finish. We are already looking forward to our next rental!

Booked online because for a week straight at different times no one answered the phone. No confirmation or anything. Day of still no answer! When they set up, guys were nice enough, and even turned bounce house and slide around to direction I wanted so giving them the 2 because they did show up on time and were nice. The tables we rented were falling apart and old not white like picture and had metal sticking out which cut a child. The chairs were muddy and had foot prints on seats and could tell they were not cleaned before hand. My husband had to clean them himself and set them up. The bounce house was enough that kids enjoyed, but definitely not a $300 worth. Very disappointed 😞 Dont think we will be renting from them again.

Excellent equipment, pricing and customer service. We will use them again. We rented a bounce house all day and you can’t even tell on our lawn where the bounce house sat. They came and set it up and picked everything up for the best price in town.

The best equipment, the best service, super friendly and professional delivery- helped us position the slide with most shade coverage and ability to view kids in relation to where the adults would be supervising the children. Awesome company! My gate wasnt wide enough for them to easily use their dolly to get the huge inflatable in. They still took the extra steps to unroll it and used their man power to push and pull it through. This meant everything to me! I dont think any other company would have done that. I am grateful and will use them again very soon!!!

They showed up on time(maybe even a little earlier but wasnt late) and had us set up in under an hour. We rented the Emerald River and it was a blast for the whole family. We recently rented a water slide for the Boys and Girls Club Field day and were amazed with the incredible customer service! Any request in addition to the standard rental was met immediately when asked. For example, extra hose and hose splitter. The setup team was very impressive. After the slide was inflated, they went back and vacuumed and wiped the whole thing down before we even began to use it! Very impressed by this company and will for sure use again!!!

I have rented numerous inflatables for my kids’ birthday parties and rocket city is by far the nicest. The lady on the phone is super nice. They guy that delivered was amazing. We have a large property but a difficult one. They were so nice and accommodating and found the perfect spot. Biggest water slide I’ve ever seen. I think called blue crush. Ten twelve year old boys played ALL day. Also very clean.

Fantastic service! They were able to squeeze in a last minute order for a dunk tank here to our local veterans home (No- we didnt dunk the veterans). Very happy with Rocket City Party Rentals service. The young men that delivered and picked up the water slide were very polite. What I really liked was the fact they lay down a tarp and then place the water slide on it. This keeps there from being a muddy hole in the yard when everyone gets on and off the slide. Very happy!

I highly recommend Rocket City Party Rentals. We rented a moon bounce and we were very surprised at the attention to detail. They put down a tarp so that grass didn’t get inside and they even vacuumed inside once it was set up. I have rented with other companies in town and haven’t had any of them do that for us. My son is very tidy and hates when grass sticks to his feet and gets all over.

We rented the princess bounce house with water slide and it was worth every single penny! They delivered it early that morning and handled every bit of the set up!
