The people at the store are nice, but the online ordering is terrible. Got the wrong number of bolts the first time, then they sent a replacement bolt and it was missing the nut, so I had to go buy that separately. Wont order from Fastenal again

The young lady behind the counter is helpful and great. Their online ordering and pick up in the stores is disorganized and terrible.

Not sure what the previous review was referring to about high prices. I have been buying fasteners from them for a few years now. They are a fraction of the price of Home Depot or Lowes and if they dont have what you need, they can usually get it in house within a day or so.

Fastenal, a company with 2,683 stores CANNOT give you refund except for the store that you purchased the product at.Because there computer system does not communicate with any of the other stores.Unfortunately the product was purchased out of town and now I will need to drive 4 hours to get the $98 dollar refund for the screws that were purchased.Keep in mind it is 2019. I could FaceTime with Ariana Grande across the country at a moments notice, she just never answers my calls.

There are no prices posted on anything and instead of allowing me to just look around while my husband looked for a fastener he specifically needed, I was followed like I was some criminal. We left without buying anything because the price was more than triple what is in their website. Ridiculous to treat people like criminals and then try to rob us.
