The reason I have given this gym the 5 stars is because of the trainer I work with. Courtney is a very knowledgable and caring trainer. I would highly recommend her as a trainer if you are looking for one!

Spent 1 year working out with Brandon Dean. Went from struggling to flip a tire and high impact interval training to lifting up to 95 lbs on deadlift and 75 on squat. Ive overcome a lot of fears and pushed past perceived limitations though this workout alone. And im grateful for it! Not only do i have increased strength, but it prepped me to do some heavy lifting as a family caregiver a year later. Im able to support a 120 lb parent and deadlift a 45 lb wheelchair in and out of the car with proper form and no injury. Found out that osteoporosis runs in my family. My mother told me to keep up the weight training so i wont have that problem. Looking forward to continuing this training in months to come.

As an athlete who has worked with multiple trainers and gone through a variety of athletic programs I am very impressed with Brandons programs at TitanForge. First time taking a program that focuses on military style workouts and I must say, I really enjoyed myself. Working with my unit really encouraged me to push through my exercises and I enjoyed the conversations we shared while getting in a really good workout. As soon as we walk into the class we get started, which is really important to me; efficiency is everything! Kudos to Brandon for creating a well-rounded program that is very unique and effective. I would highly recommend TitanForge to anyone looking for a program thats a little different, has an ambitious leader who knows his stuff, highly effective and centered around community.
