I live on Trail Ridge Rd and this is the second time my trash has not been picked up. This is unacceptable especially since this is a holiday weekend. Now I dont have any where to store my trash

They do not pick up trash on normal time anymore

Super unprofessional and rude. They skip my trash can several times since moving here and have had nothing but bad experiences with them.

Virginia the woman that answers the phone was very rude and unprofessional. She hung up on me when I was trying to find out why garbage didn’t pick up and I called back to report her and she put me on hold and left me on hold so I had to hang up and call back again.

They took my damaged garbage can but didn’t bring me one to replace !😡

I have live in my house for four years and I have always place the can where I used to placed...and today the driver didn’t pick up the trash and left a yellow paper saying that it wasn’t placed properly?! It is like half meters to the side walk the driver come down the truck place a paper on the trash can and he can’t just help me move my trash can for half meter to the side walk???? Unbelievable!

These guys and gals work their tails off to collect the garbage in any weather, and do a great job of it.When the neighbors been leaving their garbage can out for a week, the supervisors come by and remind them of requirement to bring the garbage cans in every week.Thank you all for the fine professional job you do for the city and for us residents!

They leave a mess when they dump my garbage cans. Im talking about trash that is in bags. They just keep going and dont pick up the mess theyve made. I called to complain about it and they dont care.

They didnt pickup my garbage on a scheduled pickup day. Tried calling and I get a voice mail. Unprofessional service.

Forgot to bring out my garbage this morning and I called them and they werent sure if they could make it out today due to the rain etc..but they arrived within 15 minutes of me getting off the phone with them..They are greatly appreciated!:)

The drivers are too lazy to use grabber to collect limbs and other items but will put a bill on door and not pick up the items...i dont mind paying for the pickup but at least pick up items. 6x6 piles is the way we were told to do it bc they will not pick up anything higher, contradicting and just terrible service. If their was a negative rating they would have it. Invited driver to vome to my home and i would help, no show, pick another field people. Do your job!

Drivers are in to big a hurry and leaving garbage containers in the road and on its side turned over Instead of on the grass whear it was when picked up

Lid was propped up by one bag, policy is apparently to throw that bag into the yard instead of just putting it in the truck.

Poor very poor service as a new resident I request for my broken trash can to be fixed they said leave it on the curb they would get it on Thursday they did not they came on fri supposedly they fixed my can and left it there when I got home there was no can I called 2days later I asked where is my can I was told the can was corrected and left at the residence I then explained there was no trash can I was told they would be out to check numbers to see who stole my can moral of the story it’s a week later I still don’t have a trash can and they haven’t answered the phone in 2 business days 🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️
