I can’t express how wonderful our experience was here! I brought my three children in to be seen and was treated with respect and tremendous patience. From the receptionist(s) to the hygienist, to the dentist…EVERYONE provided the utmost customer service. I appreciate the time each person took to provide detailed explanations of the procedures and possibilities for the future. Great team here!

I got an appointment within days. Everyone was courteous and professional. My hygienist was excellent. Typically, my gag reflex kicks in and I am very uncomfortable. I didn’t have any problems and it was by far the most pleasant cleaning I’ve ever experienced. Strongly recommended!

Outstanding service! Everyone from the front office to Dr Cristoff was amazing. Very, very friendly and knowledgeable. Dr Cristoff fixed a bite issue in 2 minutes that 3 other dentists said would require orthodontics. He is great! My cleaning today with Angela was the best cleaning I’ve ever had! She was super nice and friendly. Very knowledgeable and I’m actually looking forward to going back for my next routine appointment!

My treatment plan is clear, concise, and reasonable. Very impressed. I just pray TDCJ keeps this fine facility available as an option in the future. If not, Ill faint!

This is a well organized office with minimal wait times. The dentist is efficient, kind and knowledgeable. The personalities between all staff members appear cordial and very friendly. The dental hygienist is gentle and I look forward to my cleanings.

Not happy to find out Dr. Miller sold practice to a corporation and not another dentist. First “permanent “ Dentist has left, temp in now and trying to get another permanent Dentist. Looks like going to be a revolving door of Dentist, so may be my last visit.

I have always had a fear of going to the dentist and those pesky shots. It gave me so much anxiety to where I would end up just not going. I had my second appointment here today and they were great! The dentist is great I didn’t feel the shot and I was in and out with no anxiety!

Dr.Bui was so lovely and made me feel very welcome. She’s a great replacement while Dr.Hiler is taking his time off.

This was my first visit. All of the staff were amazing. Extremely friendly from check in to check out. I am looking forward to having my dental work done by Dr. Hiler, he was excellent in listening to my wants in my treatment and creating a plan to meet them. I wish I could remember all the staffs names so I could commend them each individually. Looking forward to a long term relationship at Huntsville Family Dental.

I have been going to this dental office for about 15 years. The people there do excellent service and are so nice. I recommend them to anyone I know moving to Huntsville. These are good people.

This was my second visit at Family Dental. my dentist, Dr. Hiler is no longer there. So the root canals he was going to do have done cant be completed by the lady dentist because she is also leaving this office. What is wrong with this picture? Why cant this dental office keep a dentist. I was referred to an endodontist if I can find one that takes my dental insurance.which I cant so I will go somewhere and pay out of pocket.

One of the many reasons I continue to choose Huntsville Family Dental is due to their punctuality! They are on time 99% of the time! I have only had one experience where they were late on calling me in for my appointment and that problem has since been corrected. Courteous and professional staff!

Friendly, professional and no unnecessary expenses. I recently went to another dentist in our area and was told that I needed two crowns. I made an appointment with Huntsville Family dental for a second opinion..Long story short, I had to have one large filling, but no crowns. Saved me money and time off work...

I got all four of my wisdom teeth pulled here and Dr. Hiler did a great job with the removal. The procedure was relatively quick and painless, I would recommend Dr. Hiler to any others needing dentistry work done.
