It was very pleasant I had a root canal and a crown done an If I need more work done Im going to Inspiring smiles I highly recommend this place I love it there..not to mention that everybody is so welcoming an nice.. Im very pleased

Ive lived in a lot of states (and had to find a dentist in each one) so Ive seen a lot of them. Dr. Toney is THE BEST!!! He has tremendous expertise and is very personable.Tawana is THE BEST hygienist Ive ever seen. I dont dread going to get my teeth cleaned because she is gentle and thorough! Who knew those 2 things could go together? But they do with her! I wont go to anyone else!

I am extremely pleased with the services rendered to my son. I appreciated the communication (via the phone) of what was going on with him (while I waited in the car due to Covid protocols) during his process. They made me feel at ease with everything. My son and I were all smiles afterwards. Great job!

I loved each visit, make me SMILE. From the time I walked in everyone at this office beautiful attitude INSPIRING. The Dr. and his entire staff are so AMAZING. Im blessed to have great experience.

I can’t even believe what happened here. I set appointments for my children. They ask permission to text reminders, great! I get a text reminder that asks me to confirm so I do. About 8:30 in the morning they call me waking me up. I work third shift and explained that I already did the text confirmation and could they please not call me especially at that time of day. We end the call. Immediately afterwards they call again. Lady saying that she wants to work out when would be a good time to call. I said “y’all just called me and I asked you not to call me at this time. I literally told you I was trying to sleep and you think the best thing to do is to hang up and call me back? Please let me sleep.”So we go for the visit. I am told I have to stay in the car for Covid. My son goes in and has fillings done. The lady comes out with him to collect payment. I asked her how much is it she said $18.20. She had a mask on and it was hard to hear her so I said are you saying less than $20 and she said yes. I hand her my card and I ask her if she is sure because that sounded awfully low. She said yes, let me check. I said ok if it is less than $20 you can charge me otherwise let me know. She goes in and comes back telling the next appointment is for a date in the past. I said how can that be the date already went by. She says no it didn’t. I pull out my phone and show her the current date to which she responds oh it is on a Wednesday. So I said which one and she says this one. So I clarify saying are you talking about in two days she says yes. I asked how much the bill was and she says $87.20 handing me a receipt to sign since she has already charged it. I was like what that is almost 5 times what you told me. So she says do you want to cancel the next appointment because it’s too much. I responded that no I didn’t want to cancel the next appointment, but if she was charging me 5 times what she said, I should have been told BEFORE the charge took place. So she says give her my card again to which I reply absolutely not. I am telling you that it is illegal to just charge a debit card for whatever you would like. You can’t tell somebody one thing and then charge almost 5 times that amount. End of our conversation. She goes back in and we leave. I get a call from the office. I answer and they hang up. So I called back and asked why they hung up on me and was told that they didn’t their phones were having problems and that they were going to send me a certified letter saying I was no longer welcome in their facility. I asked why and she said because I had yelled at the employee in the parking lot. I told her that I did not yell although if I had it would have been justified did she even say what happened. So I explain what happened and as I am talking about being charged almost 5 times what I was told, the lady says well you should have come on yourself. I replied you guys told me I had to stay in the car and only the kids could go in. I told her that it was pretty messed up that because they did something dishonest and illegal and I was rightfully upset about it so I was then told I couldn’t afford the services and they were going to cancel and all I was doing was explaining why it was wrong to do what happened to me. And now they want to ban me halfway through my son’s teeth work? So she agrees that we can be seen and they won’t send out the letter. I advised her that we will come for the last appointment in the series of my son’s tooth work and then we would not be back.Any business that has employees making mistakes and then blames the customer is a business doomed to fail. They did not know my circumstances and charging that unapproved amount could have potentially caused my account to overdraft or any number of things.

Im so very impressed with Dr. Toney and his awesome staff! Everyone is incredibly nice and so professional. I would recommend anyone who is looking for a dentist in the Huntsville area to come here. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would!

Very nice atmosphere and lovely staff. Very timely.

Great caring people, and gives great advice. Although I thought that the building and some of the equipment could use some updating. It made me wonder a little about sanitation, and sterilization of the equipment. This was my first time going here, and they had good service with feedback. They allowed me to get an inspection and fitted me in for a cleaning the same day.

Great staff. Love the work done on my mouth. I feel so much better. Definitely will return.

Dental visits always make me nervous, but I always feel comfortable here. Ive never had any issues here, so I will continue to come for all my future dental needs.

New to this dentist so not a lot to eval and I have never had much luv for dentists, but so far very good. I Havent met Dr. Toney only Dr. Barnett.

Dont bring a special needs patient here!!!!!
