So, where do I begin? CREDIT 1 USA and Milli are AWESOME! Milli not only helped me but has EDUCATED me as well. This company makes me feel like family and not just a number. They do their part and I they make sure I do mine!

I’ve been with credit 1 USA since 2019 to 2021.My credit score has stayed in the 500 range, I’ve learned how to delete items and boost my credit score up myself. Don’t be like me and waste your money. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to them.

A little over a year ago I took the liberty of locating these pdf letters to rebuild and restore my credit. I felt like covered some decent ground. In that time. Then I started received a lot of responses from the creditors and collections and I was completely lost. I knew the goal at hand was to continue having my delinquent and negative accounts removed off of my credit report.So I made the decision again after discussing with my mentor where I was at with restore my credit he looks me did in the face and asked me why I was no longer a client of his sister and I told him I had dropped out the program and started doing it on my own and now I was lost.He said go see Milli. Fast forward I come into credit one make my appointment with Milli as told. We spend 30 mins in her office as I’m catching her up on my progress in the middle of the conversation she halts me from talking and says you know if you call such and such we can get 18-20 of your negatives removed….It took all of 5 mins on a phone call and I’m having 18 negatives removed. This is a transparent review trust people in their craft, element, and professions. You can’t be the know it all and expert in everything. Thank you soooo much Milli and the rest of the credit 1 USA team!!!

If you are not in the Huntsville area, I do not recommend becoming a client. This company has failed to keep communication with me as promised on multiple occasions. I received an email to schedule a one on one phone call to go over my report and progress. After arranging and confirming the appointment, the company failed to call. I waited over an hour still no one was available. I sent an email informing them of the missed appointment, I was asked if they could reschedule - which I agreed to do. THEY MISSED THE SECOND APPOINTMENT! After over 8 months with this company, My credit did not improve. After losing 20 points and repeated failed communication. I decided to cancel and do the work myself smh. I am very disappointed, I had high hopes in Credit One USA.

Credit 1 is the absolute best when it comes to repairing credit, and educating you on how the credit system works. Milli is very attentive and extremely helpful, and I would recommend Credit 1 to anyone who is looking to not only repair their credit, but also completely change their financial future.

I started the process with Credit1USA at the end of July. My credit report is for the most part clear minus late payments from one company & inquiries from mortgage shopping. I asked if they would be able to help and she said yes. I told them I want to purchase a home in April in hope more homes would be on the market next year due to COVID.The credit specialist was always pleasant & responsive. However, nothing was done to my credit report. They mentioned they mailed out dispute letters but I never received anything in the mail, pending disputes was never shown on my credit report and nothing was never removed. I ended my service last week. I believe this company strings consumers along to maintain the monthly payments. Please do not waste your time & money. This company will only collect their bi-weekly fee without results.Reply to Response to Owner: I was hesitant to write a this review about a black owned business and I was going to remove it but I was busy. I was never offered a full refund. In fact, I asked in email twice and it was denied twice. I asked via email to not take out my last payment and you told me you had to process it. If any future customers would like a screen shot, I’m more than happy to forward it. Despite my negative experience, I still thought highly of your company due to the great customer service. I’m shocked by lies and now I’m definitely convinced your organization is prolonging the credit process.

My credit is continuing to be repaired. Not just the score increasing, which it has, over 200 points in a year, but things being removed. This company is excellent and REALLY help to educate and prepare you for excellent credit and financial responsibility. Thank you!!!

Im dissapointed ive been with the company over 4 months with no movement/changes on my account. I havent received a credit report reflecting a dispute have been initiated. Milli is very pleasant but theres no results or evidence that anything has even started. Because i have monitoring tools that were already in place I receive emails from the credit bureaus which reflect nothing. At this point i would like a full refund. I wanted to support a black owned business but some part of me believe Im being strung along. I know credit repair take time but I dont show anything has started. Vsetzer

At first I was very skeptical. Most of these places run scams, and con people out of money. I started this process yesterday and will continue to see what they can do. So far, the process has been awesome and the people there are very nice and knowledgeable about everything going. So far so good, Ill come back in 3 month from today to give you guys a legit update.

Although I am still a customer, this company has truly changed my life. In a short three months I have got several deletions and the staff is amazing! I love Milli, she is helpful and her energy about your success is always through the roof. My best experiences with this company was getting a government job offer and having Credit 1 USA on my side. With their validation and quick work I was able to start working only a week later. I can’t wait to see where I will be in the next few months!

Initially, I had to call CREDIT1USA after about 30 days from the initial signup because no disputes, nothing had been initiated. I wanted to stop then, but I was told that they would get right on the initiation of the disputes, and they did. I should not have had to do that. Next, my score on 2 of my credit reports decreased 75 points! I was so upset and reviewed my reports and saw where accounts in good standing were DISPUTED!!!! I monitor my scores.CREDIT1USA disputed accounts that were in GOOD standing more than once, and after the disputes they were worse off. Finally, after my scores dropped I could not continue with CREDIT1USA. Millie was nice and very knowledgeable, but whoever is disputing the accounts does not know what they are doing. CREDIT1USA sent a summary of what they did regarding my report, which was a complete fallacy!*****one week later after their services were terminated, I received an email requesting my credit reports be sent in to CREDIT1USA...no way!. Mind you I had to send them an email explaining that their services had been terminated, and no reports would be sent. Evidently records were not updated. I am just waiting to be overcharged!

Don’t throw your money. I started the process in October and my score is going down every single month. They don’t do nothing, just send letters once a month a few days before take your payment. Plus they don’t work Saturdays and off every holiday.

You guys have your name all over an Audi R8, but you cut off people and almost cause accidents on university drive. Then you make up excuses “it drives like it’s on rails...” “..just because they got a good interest rate...” making a joke out of almost causing someone to potentially die in a car accident. And when someone cancels your service you belittle them, asking them why they can’t afford the service, regardless. $3 a day is $90 a month. $90 a month is $1080 a year that you could be using to pay off your debts that will increase your credit way more than you people can!

I wish I had have known about this company years ago. Ive tried so many things on my own and was unsuccessful. I was referred to Credit1USA by my significant other, so on February 28th, 2018 I visited the website and someone called me back. I called to get a consult. the people on the phone were so rude. I will no go here because of the lack of communication skills on the phone does put a sour taste in my mouth, and make me question their skills. Treat people more kind on the phone, because you will lose out on future clients.

My wife an I became a member/client with Credit 1 USA back in June, when I started with them, I had a credit score in the mid 500s for all bureaus, and I knew that was kind of bad, especially knowing we wanted to purchase a home and eventually upgrade my wifes car since we do a lot of traveling with our children. Its only been 4 months since Ive been with them, and I wanted to see where my score was so far, when I went to the Myfico website which is an accurate scoring for all 3 bureaus, I was amazed and shocked all at the same time to find out that our credit scores had soared 100 points to the high 600s, and WERE NOT DONE YET!!! All I can say is WOW!!! With this, we can now purchase our first home. If youve had reserved thoughts, or even hesitated thinking that this was a gimmick, PLEASE DONT! They have turned our credit around in such a short period of time, and I cant wait to see what the next few months will bring. I had to do plenty of research before I decided to give this company a shot to help rebuild my credit, and it was the best decison I made!! They are very professional, nice and helpful people. Millie, where do I start just dealing with her for a few weeks, she gave my hope that my credit can be fixed. She gave me a better understand of credit, the good and the bad. The best out there! My name is Ty Mason, the family and I have been dealing with these guys since 2009 and havent had any issues dealing with them yet. My credit score went from a 510 in 2014 due to late payments, unpaid bills etc., to a mid 800 Sept 2017. These guys are the real deal without all the bs and headaches. I expected much more. But thats okay. I tried it for about 7-8 months with no real results, and I didnt get what I was promised. My expectations were set directly by the gentleman who sold it to me. All this is, is Lexington Law, but I actually got better results with Lexington.Also, I cancelled it but they still charged me. They told me that they just charged me for the past month, but since they billed me in advance from the get go, I see that as a load of crap. Refund me $89 or this review stays up.Bad business
