The people are very nice. I don’t like the way the sign in is done. Today I had to help an elderly gentleman sign in with the the machine. I like people check in.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Terrible service and their 1 hour lunch is actually an 1 1/2 lunch. Needs reprimanding and accountability desperately!!!@

Not sure what the point is in making an appointment if you will still have to wait behind everyone else who walked in and checked in.

Serious lack of space and waiting area. They need more workers to get folks through quicker.The people inside are really kind. It’s not their fault. 5 stars for staff. 0 stars for everything else.

For some reason the take over a hour and a half for lunch seems alittle rediculas... along with some one being late to the desk when there lunch is supposed to be over...just dont come unless u have all day.

Outside door wasnt open, had to walk around the other side of the building. We get to Labcorp after nobody answered the phone all week, nobody there at opening. We finally go to digitally check-in when we look at a sign and an associate opened the door 45 minutes after opening. They do not do drug screen testing on Saturdays, even though it allowed us online to schedule it for Saturday.

Fix your website. Why allow people to make appointments for services that you don’t even provide on Saturday????

They were efficient, humorous, and it was painless except a slight pinch. Will go there every time from now on.

I love this branch. I have to visit once a month and every visit Ive encountered has been great. Ive moved about 15 miles from this branch since I started with them almost a year ago,and I could go to a lab closer to where I live but I dont. Never have to wait long at all here. The lab techs are efficient and polite. My best experience though is with the receptionist. Shouts out to Tee. She is so sweet and extremely helpful and I simply enjoy conversations with her. She gets my morning started off to a good day. Great place!!!

Posted hours are until 4:00pm CST. I arrive today at 3:40pm as the lab is closing for the day. I was told by a staff member that they do not accept walk-ins after a certain time to avoid OT. Therefore they would not see me for these labs. If this is their policy, it is not publicly posted on their window next to the operating hours. Unacceptable and unprofessionalism by the staff.

A 30 min delay on a scheduled appointment is unacceptable. Waiting with 5 other patients in the lobby whom gracefully told me I was to greet myself with the Express Checkin Machine. As I spoke with other patients they informed me a long wait time is to be expected. Nurse was very patient, kind, and humorous once service arrived.

I have very tiny veins and Labcorps technicians usually find a good one on the 1st try. Quick and painless! Good job!!!

Fast, professional, efficient. Make an online appointment, it goes a lot faster and it helps them keep you from waiting.

My first experience with LabCorp was a 4 hour long blood test. I was treated professionally by very pleasant people. Making pleasant visit out of this long ordeal. Thank You Ashly and April.

LabCorp is just a small section of the building it lies within, but I only had to wait 5 minutes to take my drug test. I arrived just before 9 AM, and despite being a few minutes early, I was allowed to take my drug test a minute or two early. I only had to wait 5 minutes, and water is provided in the lobby if needed for the test.

I have been here one time for a blood test. My experience was that I was treated very courteously by the efficient staff and the visit went very quickly.

I have dealt with this location on two separate ocassions and both times i received swift, curtious service.

First time visit and the nurses were very helpful and friendly

Wow just had one of the worst sticks in my life this young man in a dirty Med scrub stuck me so hard that I was feeling it 5 minutes later. The whole office appeared to be very run down

Staff is professional, areas are clean but the process is extremely slow at this location.

You ca forget getting them on a phone.
