He makes his money and business by providing honest reliable service, doesnt try to sell us on unnecessary repairs or inflate our bill, because he knows that sooner or later we will need service again. That is, he works hard for repeat business. He also advises us on when to sell and what to buy next, and inspects potential cars before we buy. We have been coming to him for nearly 20 years.
