I recently reached out to Christina Smith to discuss the possibility of changing over my home and auto policies from Allstate to State Farm. I had been a loyal customer to Allstate for over 30 years, but I didn’t feel like I was getting the best pricing and service that I could have. After calling Christina, and explaining my situation she was more then willing to sit down with me and compare line be line my Allstate policy to a potential State Farm policy. She did an amazing job of making sure I understood each line item. Not only did I come out of the meeting with a better understanding of my overall coverage, but I was able to increase my coverage on both home and auto, and still save money overall when compared to Allstate. Christina is extremely knowledgeable at her job, and is very easy to talk to. She always encourages you to ask questions, and goes above and beyond to make sure you understand what you are signing up for. Finally, in addition to Christina, her staff has been extremely helpful, and very professional. This whole team is a class act, and I am proud to say I am now insured by State Farm.

Recently had my first claim ever (cracked windshield) and my claim was handled so well. When I was uncomfortable with the first windshield repair shop, State Farm staff scheduled an appointment with another shop very quickly and it worked out great. Christina and her staff are responsive and helpful!

Christina and her agency are absolutely amazing. When my former insurance agency decided to triple my homeowners premium for no reason, I decided to shop around. I had received quotes from 7 different companies and was still waiting on 2 more quotes when I met Christina at an event through a mutual friend. I was tired of shopping for an insurance agent and just placed her business card next to my sink. A couple of days later I decided to reach out to her and Im so glad I did. I was still waiting on the 2 other quotes and told her that when I left her office, but I knew at that point that she would be my next agent. The overall experience was nothing short of amazing! One of the best decisions Ive ever made. You wont regret it either.

If I could give negative stars, I would. A progressive customer ran into my car. They low balled us on absolutely everything!! My car was one year old and now it still has parts that are not operational. This company stays in business because they’re dirt cheap- not because of service.

We had a flat, blown-out tire in an inconvenient location and needed help along the road. We used our towing coverage for the first time ever. I called Christina Smith (our State Farm Insurance Agent) who explained the process and gave me all the numbers I needed. The tow truck operator was very courteous and patient. He texted and called when he dispatched help. They arrived 10 minutes earlier than estimated. With the spare tire mounted, we drove home safely. Thanks State Farm.

She will not answer her phone, my daughter was struck by her state farm customer and state farm refuses to pay any damages. My daughter could have been seriously injured, but still required medical treatment and damage to her scooter. More than a dozen calls to Christina went unanswered, and we are stuck with the bill.
