The lady who did my eyebrows did an amazing job! She really listened to what I wanted and followed through. She threaded them to a great shape but a little skinnier/thinner than I’m used to but not enough to bother me to much. She tinted it perfect! It too dark and not too light being that I am blonde. The only thing is out of all the places I’ve been this was the most painful for threading. Little rough because my eyebrows were sore for over an hourThe second time I went however I had a terrible experience. The lady who did my eyebrows I told her and showed her a picture of exactly what I wanted it wasn’t nothing outrageous because my eyebrows don’t really need to be shaped much and I told her not to do it dark at all because I am blonde so it needs to be light and not thick. She assured me that she would do it great and it would look perfect and that it would look like I came out of there with squirrels on my eyebrows and my eyebrows were black I could not get the color to go away for over a month. It was terrible and I am seriously scared to ever get my eyebrows done again if I have to ever go through that. The Second picture I’m putting with this review is me after I scrub my eyebrows with alcohol for an hour

Great service every time! Have been to this place multiple times and have always had a wonderful experience. All the ladies are very sweet and so a great job! They never try to up sell you anything, which is the reason why I left my last place.Would highly recommend!

I have been going to V to get my eyebrows done for 9 years! I followed her to IBrow and she never has disappointed! All the lovely women here are amazing at what they do and I do not trust anyone else with my eyebrows.

I recently moved to the area and was afraid to trust someone else with my eyebrows after going to the same lady for 10+ years. After I read all these great reviews, I decided to give it a shot. & Let me tell you…I was SO happy with the way Vinu did my eyebrows. She cleaned them up so well and kept the same shape as before. Loved my experience here! The threading of my eyebrows came out great and did not feel too painful. I went to a previous place before and they used to cut my skin when threading and it was very painful. Not here! Will be coming back :)

They are very friendly and accommodating. The staff is great. I would recommend for threading. The eyebrows were on point. If it was only threading, I would have given 4 stars. The eyebrow tinted was a bit darker than I like but was done well. I do not recommend for lash lift. Not experienced with lash lift. They keep you in a chair for the service. The placement of the protective shields were incorrect and has solution in corner of eyes and my lash line was irritated. The end result was the same as I came in. To be fair, when I asked about experience she advised they had been doing it for 4 months. Im used to 5 plus years experience. I decided to give it a chance as everyone needs the opportunity to learn. They also asked me multiple times if I was comfortable. They just need time to hone in their experience with lash lifts.

Dont even bother using the online appointment feature, it is pointless. They do a good job but it is expensive. I use to go to Walmart salon off randall and surprisingly they do a great job and its cheaper and not as busy. I switched because this is closer to my house. Some of the girls are very rude and others are just the opposite.

I did my eyebrows treading here.It was pleasure to have it done here.I have to say girls work very fast and very professional.As a cosmetologist myself I looked very closely what was done,and I had great experience here.They also do a lot of different services there,but eyebrows treading was the most requested while I was there.It was my first time here,but now it’s gonna be my “eyebrows place”

I used to go to Sharsas in Bloomingdale so when I moved to Pingree Grove I looked around and found a few closer places but wasnt happy with them. One day I got a little lost and accidentally passed this place so I decided why not try them out. Loved the service! Went in for eyelash extensions and didn’t know I needed an appointment. The woman working was very accommodating and still let me get them done after she threaded some other customers eyebrows. The lashes turned out great and it only took about 10 minutes. Very good experience, I will be returning! 😌

Great threading and tinting

Great first experience, my brows turned out great!

My daughter went here to get henna and we waited for 50 minutes for the woman to do henna. Then the woman doing eyebrows, the only woman who can do henna, called another girl up and I said we’ve been here for 50 minutes; it’s our turn—I was specifically waiting for her. She sat my daughter down and then told us to wait so she could do a different woman’s eyebrows because she didn’t want to make the other woman wait any longer for her. She clearly knew the woman whose eyebrows she did before my daughter’s henna and didn’t want her to be mad for waiting for us. I just thought the whole situation was rude, especially since we were waiting for SO long.

I have been coming here for years to have my eyebrows threaded! My experience has always been positive. They are always professional, friendly and take a great deal of pride in their work. They are also reasonably priced and provide a punch card so after so many visits you receive a complimentary one free!! Great service all the way around!!

Going to this place is always a good experience. They offer multiple services, which is like a one-stop shop. The first thing you notice when you walk in this salon is the welcoming coustomer service. No matter how busy they are, the staff always welcomes you with a smile on their face. I always get my eyebrows done by the owner. She always does a good job, making sure my eyebrow shape is not changed. She gives honest opinions about what looks good on you and what doesnt, which is very rare these days. I recommend this place to everyone, you wont be disappointed with their services.

This is the new location of the eyebrow threading kiosk at Huntley outlet mall. Ive been getting my brows done by them for a few years now and they always do a great job! They offer a variety of other services like henna and lashes as well. Definitely recommend this place, plus the ladies are always so lovely!

The girl did a great job on my eyelash extensions and threading.

Will never go there again. I left mortified and embarrassed. On my first visit a woman recommended tinting after threading but I didnt have time. She said it was $10 and would take 5 min. Upon my visit today, the experience was much different. The wait was not long and I also decided to try eyelash tinting. She began with my lashes which seemed ok. While that was processing she did my eyebrows. In between them, she helped other people.It crossed my mind that wow this is a lot longer than 5min but hey...they know what they are doing right? So Im unsure how long it actually was but she started attending to my lashes and the dye had gotten all over my eyes where my bags are and it would not come off. She asked me to go to the bathroom for me to attempt to keep scrubbing. I left still w black dye on my face and I think with all the scrubbing and alcohol used, it took off the actual dye on my lashes because I dont see ANY difference.When I was in the bathroom I was horrified of my eyebrows. They were black, and thick, like permanent markered on. But I was hoping she wasnt done with them. When I came back to the chair she asked me if they looked good and I was like, youre going to get the stuff off right? I had asked for them to be the same color as my eyebrows just to even it up and get the grey and blonde out. They are now legit black. I look like Frida Khalo. She went at them for about 20min trying to scrub some color off but she blamed it on my skin and that this had never happened before. She knew it looked horrible and just rushed to get me out because the 5min turned into over an hour and there was several people waiting and she was the only one there. She had the nerve to charge me and because I was so embarrassed and upset I just paid to leave where I sat in my car for a half an hour and just cried. I even called into work because I am mortified to show my face anywhere.I cooled off and decided to call in to speak to the owner about my experience and results. Hoping, in the least, for some additional help to fix this ugliness. I asked for the owner and was told the owner would be there til 7. But when I asked to speak to the owner she asked what it was in regards to then giggled and said she was the owner. I hung up... I just cant. I cant believe this is the work they do. Completely mortified.

I stumbled on this place because I google searched for a place nearby my house after the horrific experience i had at the place I went to prior to ibrow salon [the last lady CUT one of my eyebrows leaving a bald spot and when i brought it to her attention she had the nerves to blame it on me/the way my eyebrow grew... even though Ive never had bald spots from someone cutting my brows ever before] ANYWAY, I am so glad and thankful I found iBrow salon - the owner [who is actually the one who does my brows too] literally SAVED me from the botched job the other place left me with and for the past few months Ive been going - she gets me right everytime! The trust you give the person doing your eyebrows is MAJOR [at least for me] !! & the owner is also super nice and engages in genuine conversation w each person - I imagine she has a lot of customers but she greets my 5yr old daughter and I so warmly [and remembers us] each time! I appreciate her being so nice about me bringing my young daughter because a lot of salons dont like having kids around too much.I highly recommend going here if you are looking for consistency in your brows - she also doesnt make you feel insecure and push you to get other things threaded like other places do!

What annoys me most is bad customer service. I walked into the IBrow Salon in Huntley and stood at the desk for maybe 5 minutes and not one person looked up. So I sat down and as the lady walked up to make another persons appointment she didnt even say hello or well be right with you. After sitting for 30 minutes, I got up and left. I will be taking my business elsewhere considering I was a new customer wanting my brows threaded then tinted and was interested in a few other services. HORRIBLE!!!!

I had a great experience today at Ibrow Salon and Spa! I happen to stumble across a Groupon for eyebrow/lash tinting and full eye lash extensions and really wanted to give it a try! This place was super close to home and their prices were fantastic so I thought why not!. Great staff, made me feel completely comfortable, I had an appt and arrived 15 mins early, they took me right away! The store is very modern and clean, and I had a wonderful experience! My eyelashes turned out beautiful and extremely natural looking, my eyebrows are in the best shape ever and the tinting was the perfect color! I definitely recommend and will be back! Thank you very much!
