The ladies and gentlemen here at Goldy are always polite and willing to help you with whatever issues your vechile may have. They do it in record time and at a descent price. I would never recommend Goldy Auto to anyone! There service department is horrible! I took my car in to have a recall fixed, and surprisingly the next day my transmission went out. Took it back in and 9 days later at the end of their day I was called to pick up my car. I picked it up only to have a grinding noise coming from my car that wasnt there before, and upon further inspection found my headlight damaged and push pins missing from carriage. Took it back again and they said nothing was wrong. They said they would order me a new headlight at about $700.00 since it was not, according to them, covered under my extended warranty. Now it appears that my extended warranty and paint protection warranties are missing, but neither Megan nor Miles have any idea what happened to them! How convenient huh! These people are deceitful liars! I will never buy another Mitsubishi as long as they are the nearest dealership! I dont know which one of the two took my warranties, or what they did with them, but I hope they are proud and feel like they got something over on an old lady with cancer that relies on her vehicle! I will pray for them both because thats all I can do!

It took nearly 2 full days for them to “fix” the issue with my sliding van door…1 day and $120 just to diagnose that the van door wouldn’t open (as I’d already told them), then another day at $140 for them to ‘fix’ the issue…and then this fix lasted 5 days. Went to East End Body Shop and they did the EXACT same amount of work, diagnosis and attempt to repair in 20 minutes and for free. Goldy also told me the labor for the part that I would likely need would be very intensive…estimate at East End is for 1 hour of labor 🤦🏻‍♀️…only went to Goldy because they are a dodge dealer…will avoid them as much as possible for the future.

Goldy has a great staff. Their prices on parts and service are most reasonable. I take my Fords as well as Chrylers there for service. Will continue to recommend Goldys.

I will just say this I have never bought a vehicle feeling good when leaving. Let me say Brandon S spent all day with us on Saturday finding the best used ram for me. Him the manager the finance lady were awesome. I have never met a dealership with a great group of employees everyone was nice and helpful. I would highly recommend going to goldy for your next car purchase. I would give them 10 stars.

I’m just not a fan of Goldy auto I’m sorry but I was asked the same question over and over in the service dept and can’t understand when I made an appt to have a screen cleared and part installed on my truck why it wasn’t even put in the books they had no idea I was even coming because someone didn’t write it down and I forgot what time it was luckily I called and that’s when she told me I had no appt scheduled but she did manage to make appt at 8am same day as it was suppose to be and why aren’t people in service ready and expecting a customer I would think they would look at the books and say we have Duane Eric McMaster with his Red Ram 1500 coming at 8am so let’s get the part that we ordered for him but forgot to call and tell him it was here luckily I called again and asked about it ready so we can make this customer that purchased his truck from us feel good about GOLDY AUTO,

Took my friend here to buy a new truck and the staff was very friendly and worked with him to get the payments he wanted and the also gave him a really good deal. It is a timely process to buy a new and used vehicle so dont go with the thought process that its in and out.

After years of looking at HD pick ups of the big three a friend of mine bought a RAM from Goldy. Good looking truck and he was pretty happy with the service. I decided to “pull the trigger” myself and bought a new 2500. They handled everything flawlessly and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy there again. If you’re looking for a new car, truck, or SUV, you should start there. Ask for Adam, tell him what you’re looking for and he’ll get you squared away. Side note - Goldy included a lifetime warranty on the engine, trans, and t-case as long as I own the truck.

After looking at numerous car dealerships for a Jeep gladiator in 4 different states. Goldy was definitely the one that never pushed and aggravated me to purchase but sought to find me exactly what I wanted and a price I could afford. Bought a pre owned 2018 Honda Civic from them a little over a year ago. Was told when I bought it they’d fix the Bluetooth issue it having and they never did after multiple calls. Fast forward to today they told me the car had never been in a accident or anything when purchased only had 14k miles so I believed them. Come to find out after having some body damaged fixed because of the snowstorms.The whole front end had damage and the hood had been replaced and other parts repainted. Nothing I can do now but hopes this saves someone else.

Decent service department but have to stay on them to follow up. They were supposed to call two different occasions when a part came in and never did. That’s frustrating as a consumer.

Never returned my phone call

Last vehicle I Buy here. I Bought a Jeep Wrangler 5 weeks ago (used) put 1400 miles on it and check engine light came on with a severe vibration. Is it fair to me to have to pay a deductible for repairs before I make my first payment?? 3rd car I’ve purchased from them and DEFINITELY my last! I bought my vehicle 6 years ago off the showroom floor with 4 miles on it (Dodge Durango Citadel). It was an expensive vehicle (for me), so I decided to make sure the qualified professionals at the dealership were the only ones to help me take care of it. The only liquid I ever put in it is gas and coffee.I could not be more pleased with the relationship we have established and the service provided. Many have the opinion that simple oil changes can happen anywhere, which is true, but you cannot put a price on peace of mind.Thank you Goldy for always treating me like a VIP and being a part of the enjoyment of owning my vehicle. The first 100,000 miles have been great!

Ron Seldomridge has patience of gold. Spent the entire day with me trying out trucks and cars. Even when to the other dealership to show me a different brand truck. Was honest about the supplier rebate my company has with Dodge which saved me money. He is the first salesperson to even ask about where I work to see if it was on the list. He has a son serving in the military as well which says a lot about him and how he raised his kids. I would recommend talking to Ron if you looking for an honest salesperson that’s willing to go the extra mile to help.

I had my truck serviced here, it was done in a timely manner. However they were not able to adjust the tire pressure on my 3500 dually after tire rotation and after I had driven 450 miles on a trip I found they did not reset the oil usage to 0%. Slightly disappointing to say the least.

Paid top dollar for my trade in, got a new 2020 durango and they delivered free of charge.

My Jeeps were bought in 13 & 14. Our Salesman was amazing (Jonathon). That was the only positive part of getting a jeep there. Having recall work done took up to 8 months because the service manager said the parts were on back order but the dealership in Hurricane was able to get the parts with no problem.I have also had to have my radio replaced. It took a very long time to get that done and after speaking to Chrysler directly I found out the owner had lied to me.More recently, with less than 40,000 miles on one jeep & only 5 years old a small part broke on one jeep and we had it towed to Goldys thinking it would be covered by warranty. Being just outside of the warranty they wouldnt cover it so we had it towed somewhere else. That other mechanic informs us that a mechanic at Goldy auto stripped a screw & broke the housing so that the transfer case cannot be opened and now we have to buy a whole transfer case.I wouldnt trust this company to dog-sit for me. I hope you dont make the mistake of going here either.

Chris took great care of us and was very understanding while we came to grips with a repair that was much more costly than we expected, when we brought my Jeep back he was friendly and took great care of us. I have had bad result with other dealership service especially with them upselling, but he didnt do any of that.
