I just got my nails done like not even ten minutes ago and I wanted to review right away. The guy did mine was sooo good. He sat me down right away. Asked about size and color. Even suggested putting black on bottom to make my green darker which ended up being soo good. My nails turned out perfect and exactly how I wanted them. Definitely going here again and if youre considering trying it I would 100 percent recommend trying them out. :)

Really sad about the way they came out. Crooked & looks like I got them a week ago already/: just had them done yesterday actually. There’s a lady that does nails well and a man who doesn’t do so great. Wish I would’ve booked with the lady. He didn’t ask me what shape I wanted at all, kinda just picked it himself. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you’re okay with inconsistency.

Every time Ive gotten my nails done here theyve been awful. Every time I have to go next doorto the dollar store to get Emory boards to fix my nails myself. Theyre crooked and lumpy. The last time I had to scrape a acrylic and paint off of my skin. Smh. When I mentioned that they were crooked, theowner said my finger is crooked! 😂he asked where I usually get my nails done, I told him Serenity nails. He said he taught them to do nails. Well sir student surpasses the teacher for sure!! Save your money and wait for an appointment somewhere else!! Theres a reason theyre never busy!!!(I only gave one star because negative stars is not an option)

I love the nails I got done here! They look amazing and the lady who did my nails was so friendly, she added nail art, which I’d never had done before, and it looks awesome! And the price was great to get my nails done with a gel polish. I have found the place I will be going to get my nails done from now on!

I had the most amazing experience. I have lived all over the US and have been getting my nails done for over 25 years. Lynn is by far the best nail tech I have met. She is very professional and gentle, and my nails look amazing. They are shaped perfectly, very strong, and she even made a toe nail that was damaged look normal and even with the rest. I also had the unique experience of letting her 9 year old daughter paint a couple of designs on my nails and they look wonderful. I will forever be a client at Kenneths.

Got my nails done a week ago and they started lifting almost immediately. The paint is already coming off. Not happy with them at all.

That was the most embarrassing experience ever!! I can not believe that just happened!! First of all, I have not had my nails done since February, and it was spur of the moment and I was excited! Before the service began, I told Ken that I needed a manicure before I had a acrylic set put on. He said that they usually do those at the end.. I said well, I know everyone has their own way of doing things but I did not specifically ask for a manicure before a full set was put on one time and I walked out with my nails looking like I needed a fill in.. so I always make sure that I ask for that up front to avoid any confusion. Then I followed up with, “I want the acrylic and the nail polish to fully cover my nail. I want them both to touch all edges of the surrounding skin.. (I’m also laughing explaining this) I would like my entire nail covered. He then went on to say that he understood what I was saying. I didnt really look at my nails until he startedPainting and I noticed that there was a pretty good gap and I just asked him to fill it with polish.. he said it wouldn’t look good. I agreed, but unfortunately it would be better than it looking like I needed a fill in 🥴.. after a small exchange of explanation I decided that there was no fixing it. I paid and left. I then sent a picture of my nails to my daughter. She said OH MY GOSH!! Just go get a refund! I swallowed my pride, walked back in and tried to explain why I was not happy. As I was talking he said just get to the point, stop wasting his time! 😳. I said I want a refund. He said no, I’ll try to fix it. I said no thank you, I want a refund. He tells me that it’s my cuticle and it’s my skin that is showing. I said that is my nail!! He said if you want a refund I will have to cut your nails off and then refund your money. I said cut them off!! As I am waiting he then comes back at me saying he is going to charge me $20 for the supplies he used. I said no you are not!! I’m not paying $20 for this service or supplies, not even a penny especially after the way you have treated me! A guy named Alex took my nails off. I walked to the counter to receive my money. Ken refunded the $55 charge and said that the $12 tip had not been added. He hands me a slip and then charges my card $20. He then changes it to charging me $20 for cutting my cuticles. I said I am not paying you a penny. I then asked him to give me my card. He then threatens me that he is going to call the police unless I sign the copy for the $20 charge. At this point, I have 20mins until it’s time to pick up my daughter. He is refusing to give me my card. I scribble on the paper and he throw slides me my card telling me that in his 23 or 27 years of being a nail tech that he has never had a customer like me and telling me how horrible that I am! I still can’t believe this happened ... this was my first time there. I’m in disbelief!

First when we walked in & sat down there was a roach & then the dog peed on their couch & all the worker did was put a towel over it. I went to get my nails done & Kenneth wasn’t the kindest person. I didn’t get my nails done how i wanted like one set of nails is longer than the other. You’re supposed put the nails side by side to measure them & clearly he didn’t. I recommend Polish Nails in Ceredo WV

This is by far the worst nail salon I’ve ever been too. I just went and got a full set acrylic and within 3 days my chrome was coming off and my thumb nail was bent just from WASHING MY HAIR. I went into the salon to get them redone and he just repaint a the chrome nail and wouldn’t fix the one that was bent. Within 2 days later, the thumb nail that was bent completely broke off and my point finger nail was gone, so I paid $65 for a set that only lasted a couple days. BUYER BEWARE. If your looking for good nail salon, would not suggest this one.

Cute place, owners little doggos walking around its awesome! And theyre so well behavedNice gentle treament! I had super dry skin on my feet in this cold dry weather, and she spent time scrubbing them without using a harsh file. Also, I really like that she used a woodent stick to push cuticles back.

I originally went to another place because I thought they were closer & they supposedly took walk-ins. That places FB page wasnt updated & thankfully they no longer took walk-ins, so I immediately called Kenneth Nail & Spa due to their high ratings. They were able to get both my mom & me in very quickly. Im not sure who did my moms manicure & pedicure while Ken did mine & they were both very personable & professional. Im thankful the other place didnt work out so I was able to find & check out Kenneth Nail & Spa!! Besides being enjoying conversation, I think this was they best manicure/ pedicure Ive had & will definitely be back!! Thanks Ken!!

The people working were very quick, friendly, and hospitable. I got SNS dip which I have done tons of times at other places. I had never been here before. The nail tech did different techniques that I had never seen done before and I think the quality suffered. Examples: He used the base powder on after the color coats of dip, Didnt fill in the nail where I had a tip put on, didnt use alcohol or have me rinse so some of the dip is unevenly dispersed on a few of my nails and around the cuticle is not even, and didnt shape until after done dipping. Im sure a few of those techniques wont make a difference in the quality but I think some of them did. Maybe I am just being picky because its a good job, but Ive been used to a certain standard I guess. Some of the mess up is not noticeable unless youre close but I notice it. I definitely would go back but its not my top choice. The owner isnt the one who done it.

I had a absolutely awful experience here. The nail tech was extremely rude and unpleasant and unprofessional. I explained i had a design I wanted and showed him the picture he informed me it would be a extra 25 for the design which I was fine with but I could tell he didnt even want to do my fill in let alone the design by his attitude when I walked in. He made me feel like I was interrupting him looking at his phone when I walked in. I asked multiple questions during the process because my nails didnt look anything like the picture I showed him. He kept saying that it would to just wait. He also chipped my nail when using his tools and wasnt going to fix it and then said he would but tried to say my nail was already chipped when I came in. He was very rude the entire process and didnt even fill my nails in properly just used the dremel on them. Once he said he was done I stated again that it didnt look nothing like the picture. I understand that it wouldnt be exactly like the picture but it literally looked like something I couldve done myself not professionally done at all. I asked if he would please just correct it and make them just a solid color and offered to still pay for the design and fill in if he would fix my nails he got very rude grabbed my hand showing it to the other worker there and told me to just leave. I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy.

My last few experiences with this place were not great, although they weren’t awful either since I’ve continued to come back consistently. Today when I walked in, I instantly felt a different vibe (a good vibe), the store looked roomier, I was greeted immediately and helped quickly. New owner, Ken, is doing a great job and making great changes. I can’t wait to see what he makes of the place! He was very friendly and done great work!! This visit made a rough day better. Ive been to a lot of nail salons over the years...this one was the best so far...I felt welcomed and my business seemed appreciated. I was offered a drink while I waited. I was dissatisfied from a previous salons work and Ken fixed them with out me having to get a whole new set of nails applied.I will return!!

Took my wife today because of the great reviews and she was not dissaponted we where welcomed with a smile and they seated her quickly. The shop is clean and has a spa like atmosphere. The lady was very nice and as gentle with my nails as could be. I’d been biting my nails and making them look terrible and that’s why I had acrylics applied, and there was no pain or bleeding at all, despite my nails already being at the point of bleeding.I initially asked for white tips, but I ended up with pink and whites (which are $17 more expensive, and so I couldn’t afford to leave a tip when I had planned to), which do look more natural and better like she said, but I didn’t realize what I was agreeing to, since I very very rarely ever get my nails done. So, if you’re going here, know what you want and make it clear so there’s no confusion or misunderstanding.Other reviews say that they can be rude, but they were kind. They do speak Vietnamese to one another, which some people may consider rude, but I think it’s comforting to hear or listen to.Other reviews say there is a considerable wait time, but you can make appointments. I just walked in when I went, I wait 30-45 minutes, and it took her about an hour to actually do the nails, I think. If you don’t want to wait, I suggest making an appointment.It’s been a week and two days since I had them done and there’s not been a problem with them at all (besides them being longer than I’m used to, but I generally keep my nails very short). All are well applied and still look nice with very minimal bubbling around the edges - but I generally have acrylics off in four days, so this lady’s work and its quality is top notch. I highly recommend.

I have been here twice so far and absolutely love my nails. The woman in the front right hand side which I believe is possibly the owner is amazing at what she does. She can do amazing artwork and she actually listens to what you want unlike other shops Ive been at. And Ive been to at least 6 others around the area.

My worst experience today in this salon.I took my 85 yr old mother in for a pedicure & facial waxing . The poor young girl doing the pedicure had no idea what she was doing. I felt sorry for her.She started cutting my mothers toenails without ever soaking her feet and my mother yelled out that she was “ hurting her.” When I walked over to the chair, she had no idea how to cut toe nails. The male owner/supervisor just yelled out “ your mother has thick nails” ... beyond incompetent.Cindy, the waxing technician couldn’t get off her phone to even speak to my mother before waxing her face. She was the rudest person in a salon that I have ever experienced in 30 plus yrs.We will never return

This used to be a good nail shop. However it’s went down hill alot. My nails ended up shaped really funny. Not one of my ten nails are shaped the same. The nail on my middle finger is so crooked that people who don’t even know me have been commenting about it. My friend that went with me just wanted her nails a glittery black. The guy who did her nails was very rude and unprofessional with her. He keeped telling her they didn’t have a glittery black (in their color book they do). Most of the time that I was there all they did was talk bad about Pro Nails which I found to be very unprofessional.

I’ve been going here for several years & have always been completely satisfied with whatever service I have received, nails, pedicure or brows. The staff are friendly & courteous & any wait time is very minimal. I highly recommend Cindy & her staff!

Pretty mediocre, the first employee was a bit rude because I had an appointment and came in a couple minutes early. Once sat down and starting to prep the nail the employee burnt and cut all my cuticles on my right hand, (which are all now infected)with the drill. Once asked what shape I chose the coffin/ballerina nails and instead got stiletto/almond shape. The bottoms of the finished nails had a lot of excess acrylic curled under my nail and I later had to cut off and smooth out myself. Overall probably wont go back again. Definitely not worth the $48 I spent.

After paying and leaving a nice tip I noticed one of my nails was messed up before leaving. When I asked one of the owners if she could fix it she sneered at me and hatefullly said nothing was wrong with the nail, and then started talking about me to the other nail techs. She is extremely rude and unappreciative of her customers to treat them in such a manner. I won’t be back.

I have been going to Cindy for 14yrs and she has always been great, sometimes they do get backed up you have to keep in mind how many ppl are waiting an how many ppl are already being waited on and its seems to me if they are that busy its your fault if you want to sit there for an hour an then complain about it on her Google business page. She an her staff are very professional and very talented.

I dont know why this place has such good ratings. I walked in for a gel manicure and when I asked how long they kept telling me a few minutes. An hour later in a poorly ventilated room, I finally got a chair. While theyre starting, another woman comes in saying she ruined her new mani; they stop mine to deal with hers right away! So Im waiting again. Once they finally get to me, she keeps telling me to relax while she filing my nails down to the bone. And heaven forbid I have a comment about the actual polishing! I tried pointing out that the sides of the nails were not polished (didnt go near the cuticles) and she kept getting fussy saying she was not done while shes putting on a topcoat. At the end, she filed my nails AFTER the gel. Its been 4 hours since I got my mani and its already chipping! Horrible.

My wife visited there today, said it was the most horrible experience she ever had, the staff was extremely rude, kept being pushy about more of expensive nails, nails where wrong color, price was expensive, the woman hurt her with the drill the whole time... Lots of excessive glue...nails where not shaped right or the same length, will never go back

Went to get my nails done here today and couldn’t be more unhappy!The employees here have insulted my mom and I on purpose multiple times and haven’t treated us like customers.Other customers also were unhappy with how they treated them and how they did our nails.If you want good nails and good customer service don’t go here.They are so rude and should be fired.
