Called to check on closing times, and how much they charge for a cut, I’m told they close whenever they have their last client, and the hair cut depends on who you get, so it can start from $25 to $35 for a just a ccut I tell her that I already have pretty short hair asked if that made any difference she proceeded to tell me “Again No it just depends on who the stylist is that you get when you come in” I asked about their policy regarding a cut that they might do being messed up l, or maybe the stylist didn’t hear good and not do what you asked for, how do they fixed the issue ” she proceeded to tell me “they DO NOT MAKE MISTAKES” ., I tell her I would be back in Huntington between 3-4 Today if they was still open I would stop In “she then tells me NO WE ONLY DO APPOINTMENTS and she was already booked up before I could ask her about another stylist she Say “ Find a different place to go” then hangs up on me!I WOULD NOT GO HERE IF MY HAIR NEVER DID GET CUT AGAIN!

I followed Annette there because she knows her business she is a very talented hairdresser

I wasnt too impressed. I called to get a walk and it was close to what would be consider closing but both hairstylist said they did not want to take another haircut . Withthis being a new business I would think that there would be more eager to get new clients. Anyways I will tip my hairdressers 15 to $15-$20 so if I would have been accepted to come in and was pleased with their services they would have had the potential to make good money for a 30 minute haircut. Their loss not mine...
