My packages frequently get thrown over the hill instead of placed on my porch or in the mailbox. Terrible service!

I seen on the News that the price of a stamp is going up and how the Post Office needs more money, my question is why? If you are employed by the Post Office and even bother showing up for Work it must be to hangout because no ones doing their job. You can never get anyone on the telephone, when a person goes into the Post Office to voice a concern they are always told There is nothing that can be done no matter what the concern is and they are quickly brushed off, the people in the West End of Huntington, WV cant even get mail delivered or picked up, so again I ask why it is the Post Office needs more money?

Ordered package from Amazon to be delivered to my house . Package was redirected by USPS to my PO Box and now they say it has to be sent out to the address and returned before it will be in my PO Box . I didnt contract with USPS for delivery when I give amazon a address the USPS shouldnt reroute my package that has time sensitive products in it to a po box that gets checked every two weeks when Im in town . USPS should deliver to address on package from Amazon not where mail is delivered . Agent at desk wanted to tell me its my fault . But I hand no control over USPS changing delivery location . The USPS did this on their own . The agent working this morning needs to work on her lies .

Do not call the number listed. For some god forsaken reason, I waited on hold for over an hour just to have my call answered by a customer service representative in an entirely different country. So much for United States postal service. Was a complete waste of time.

Me and my bf havent received our mail for over a week. I know we were supposed to becausw i have the informed delivery app. And 2 days ago i was notified that it would be arriving that day. I have to have that foodstamp card so i can feed my family. And whats more rediculous is my bf walked to the post office and talked to them about it and they told him theres nothing they can do and refused to give him our mail.

Post man has bad habit marking mail delivered and not putting it in the right box, thats their job delivering mail and they cant get it right....shame on the USPS

These post men on the westend of Huntington on Jefferson ave are so lazy because evan though there is mail in the boxes they or should I say some of them will just walk right past the houses and not pick up the mail at all because there to busy on there phones.....and these businesses places wounder why they dont are letters that are supposed to be mailed bk out ......the postal service needs to do something about these Carries out here working for the postal services....Stay off your phones and do there jobs...

Phone number to this post office is listed incorrect on Google. So I now have to take my postal business somewhere else.

I wish I could rate zero stars, but since I have to give one I award it to the people at the desk; they are always helpful when I have to go in, which is good because my packages never get delivered so I end up there frequently. Delivery people, I award you no stars, which is equal to the amount of times you have actually knocked on my door to have someone sign for a package instead of just leaving a note. Also I tried to call and not only did nobody answer but the voice-mailbox is full (lol).

It is RIDICULOUS that you cant call a local post office and get someone to answer a phone.Clearly the issue is with them. This automated stuff is HIDEOUS!!

Need the mayor and governor to get involved. Huntington posts offices do not answer phone. Postman does not deliver on Saturdays, does not deliver certified mail some mail anything looking like a greeting ca d, bank card or credit card have clearly been open. Put neighbors mail in box when clearly marked. Blows horn for packages and have left note 92 year old resident. Lazy and incompetent, needs to be fired and job given to responsible person. Everyone let the mayor and Get vendor know. Huntington postal service not providing the service to the people.

Dont bother calling. They will not answer the phone. I honestly dont know why they even have one.

It seems they are hiring old and drunk people they deliver parcels to the wrong address.. Shut them down completely.. Useless.

They never answer the phones.they stopped delivering the mail for no reason.i finally got a hold of another office in Huntington and he said they would look into it.thats been days ago still no mail.post office in Huntington what a joke!!!!

They steal your mail. Two things went missing in the past month. Useless criminals. Use FedEx and UPS and stop giving these losers anything. Shut it down.

I continue to have problems with mis-delivered mail and packages from this office. They are impossible to reach. When I called another office to find out if there is an alternate phone number, the woman at that office laughed in my face. I heard her tell a coworker how bad the Virginia Avenue office is, how many calls they get about them and mis-delivered or missing mail. Dont get your carrier mad though because more mail will start missing.

Has not picked up mail in 2 days! If she doesnt have mail for my apartment she will not even walk the extra 6 steps to check my outgoing! The last time I complained it had been 4 days of me trying to get my bills out on time. I am disabled and cant, and shouldnt have to go out in town to find a public mailbox!I do not have dislikes for this kind of laziness but psychotic hatred for it!!!

Im sick of this! Twice now Ive had a lost package that was supposed to be delivered by the Mail Carrier. I will not stop until I get ahold of someone to straighten their sorry asses up.

Package sent to wrong address! Went and told them they said they would go get it and deliver it the next day and guess what... Still dont have it! Need to shut them down

Can never get hold of them, voice mail box full at a post office who ever heard of that, must say thoe havent had any missing packages is one plus.

Staff could be cheerier.
